I purchase a high end Cafe dishwasher for Zeglin's in Moline. I would normally do my own installation but since I had recent foot surgery I elected to pay for installation. A third party installer that they set me up with charged $190. When the installer left we loaded the dish washer and it cleaned the dishes fine. However when we opened the door the dish washer tilted forward and the rack came flying out. The dish washer was not anchored and the bottom feet did not contact the floor. When I contacted them they said it is a faulty dish washer and it was perfect when they left. I contacted Zeglin's and the sent a tech to make sure the dish washer was not defective and it was in fact a bad install. The tech determined it was a poor installation. Zeglin's said it is not their problem and would have the installer call to set up an appointment to fix the install. Of course that never happened.
It has been 3 weeks and I still don't have a stable installed dishwasher. I said give me my money back and I will fix it myself, but they say no to that. Now they say they will come out one more time, Of course with the same idiot but that would be 3 weeks. I am going to fix it myself and call a lawyer.
Of course I will never again step foot in Zeglin's because they don't care at all about the customer

I have bought 3 main appliances from them in the last couple of years. Whirlpool Frig which the light went out and now they can’t be fixed at all! They have been here twice and 2 boards later and they said it just CAN’T be fixed!! Bought a stove after that and it’s falling apart. Screws keep falling out. Waiting for the washer I bought after that to have something more go wrong besides having to keep redoing the drain and spin cycle! No more purchases from Zeglins’s for me. Being a family run store is why I bought there in the first place.

We ordered a fridge and took 2 1\2 hours off of work to have the fridge show up smashed (not just a ding or scratch). I had to contact them 8 days later to see if they even ordered a new fridge and everyone there seemed to have no idea. Took 2 1/2 hours off work for redelivery and they LITERALLY brought the exact smashed fridge back for delivery. The manager was gone and some guy there said sorry for the slight inconvenience. At that point my husband explained this hasn't been a SLIGHT inconvenience since we lost pay for their mistake and the guy had the nerve to say "they were being very inconvenienced by this". Stay away from this place they are beyond rude and apparently are lacking good management if they deliver the same damaged product back.
I will say that the fridge eventually came that night but not until after they were late arriving to begin with, had to take back the previously delivered damaged fridge, go back to their wear house to locate the new fridge and didn't get out of our house until roughly seven pm or shortly after. No one was even remotely apologetic for taking hours out of our day.

We purchased a speed Queen Tr7 from them. Not only did we get great service. The washing machine is phenomenal, and my clothes have never been this clean.

Our older fridge went out during the holidays and went in to Zeglin's and bought a new one right away based on recommendations from a few folks. Great experience overall! Install went perfect and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Purchased a new refrigerator at Zeglin's what a pleasant experience. Our Salesman Paul was very professional and knowledgeable about our purchase. Delivery was scheduled and on time. Marcus and Ben were so helpful and pleasant. Our refigerator was perfect right out of the box. They brought it in, reversed the door as we needed, leveled it, and then asked if we had any questions. Great experience purchasing a new range. Listened to my criteria and answered all questions. Delivery and installation was impeccable! We had previously purchased a new Clothes Dryer, so no doubt in our mind to go back for our next appliance purchase.

I purchased a new refrigerator at Zeglin's in Moline. It was delivered today by two of their employees. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with this locally owned business and will never buy another appliance at a big box store.

Washer died. Walked into Zeglin’s in Moline, left knowing everything there is to know about modern washing and drying technology! Do not go to the big box stores expecting to be treated like you matter. The best part is the delivery/install crew are actually polite and professional. True customer service!!

Lee was exceptional in helping me purchase an under the counter refrigerator after I was informed that my "guaranteed" delivery date was pushed out 3 months by a large chain store a few days before my promised delivery date. He had the item on display in the showroom and sent me pictures to inspect since I'm on the East Coast. I will now be receiving my item in 3 days and my living room will be complete! I can't say enough about the service provided and there really is no substitute to working with small family owned businesses.

Ben and associate (missed his name) were outstanding delivery staff. I will brag to everyone how great zeglins is. Sales associate was extremely helpful and shared his personal preference which helped tremendously for us to make our decisions. We’re already planning a new stove from zeglins.
