I would not recomend wells fargo to my worst enemy.Just read the news.I left wells fargo years ago I had wanted to for months but I figured it was going to be a hassle so I kept putting it off.My last straw was when I went in one day to get some money out as I had just been paid and approached the counter Brian was the teller that day not sure of his last name but he's middle aged been their for a while this was at the wells fargo across from southpark mall back when it was still there fyi.I believe Brian moved to the location this review is for.Back to the story I asked for the amount I wanted to take out and he proceeded to ask if I wanted to sign up for automatic bill pay I politely said no thank you I had no use for it so it was senseless to sign up for.He in a very un professional way said (why are you scared?) Made no sense the customer declined you move on...but he kept badgering me about it,it just left a bad taste so I very shortly after that left wells fargo and have been with RIA eversense with absolutely no issues.

Really amazing service every time I've visited this branch. I came here to set up an estate account, and everyone who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous and patient, including the tellers and bankers and even the manager. I highly recommend this location!

I called 3 minutes before closing and my call was answered. I explained my situation to the banker and was met with nothing but kindness & cooperation. She stayed on the line with me until the situation was figured out and never seemed rushed to get off the phone. If I ever have to go to a location I’m choosing this one!

Jasmine, one of the bankers, was fantastic. Tellers at this branch are very friendly also.

When you go to the bank and they tell you to call there 1800 number and when you call the 1800 number and hold for 45 minutes and they tell you you have to go to a bank.

This location is a Joke, 3 customers in the line waiting for like 15 min so one fat guy (bank employee) can keep chatting with young girl probably trying to get some and other two ladies wore walking around doing nothing. No wander Wells Fargo going out of business as a Bank.

The younger man working right before you closed today 5.31.22 is the only person who can't seem to line up the small amount of change to each deposit and says I need to come inside to not hold up the line. There are multiple lanes for drive through. I go to the window so when I get change it does not get stuck In the tube. The deposits are in order so you only have to match the change. I use multiple wells fargos for my stores through out the midwest. This is the only one that causes such a fuss over a week of deposits. I'll have to just use a different branch since every other one accommodates me with a smile. I have a bad knee, so I would really appreciate utilizing the window. I should not hear from a banker that matching up less then a dollar of change to the corresponding deposit is confusing. I do it everyday in my stores. Honestly hearing that it holds up the line is a joke when you have multiple lanes and any other employee has me on my way quickly. But. When you get great service at other locations of course this bad service stands out, not to mention I deal with customers everyday also and always find a way to say yes.

Been with Wells Fargo since 2017 and they are a pretty good bank with no complaints on my end, customer service be good and they try their best to help with any issues that you might have, the line don’t be busy so your in and out most of the time but due to the current situation it’s best to call before walking in
