tl;dr: This Walmart location is terrible. Clearly, it is mismanaged. Indifference, contempt, and lethargy are their core values and it shows! The Silvis location is much better. I once had to wait an hour for a scheduled grocery pick-up. I finally called their 800 customer service number and canceled the order from the parking lot. I left without any groceries after waiting an hour! On another occasion, a millennial chick casually followed my girlfriend and I around the store. Every aisle we went to, suddenly there she was. I wasn't sure if she wanted to get freaky with a Gen X couple or steal my girlfriend's Coach purse. It finally occurred to me that she was loss prevention. So in a not so subtle, overt manner, I pointed out that she was following us. Needless to say, she immediately disappeared. Good riddance! If you happen to visit the "Customer Service" department at this location, you're in for quite the experience. Most likely you will encounter an older, heavy set lady with graying hair and glasses named, "Carol". Carol is the living embodiment of the core values that I mentioned earlier. Despite the signage clearly stating that they "will happily Exchange or Refund merchandise", they will refuse to do an exchange! Carol threatened to call security because I took a photo of the signage! I purchased three pairs of Jeans on Black Friday, but they didn't fit. When I visited the store, they refused to exchange them for another size. They were only willing to refund my money. This is by design. By refusing exchanges and performing refunds instead, if the original purchase price was lower than the current price, you will lose your savings and Walmart will pocket the difference! A subtle, sneaky, and nefarious business practice. Buyer beware!

Absolute garbage store. Will give away items you had scheduled for pickup (order said they would hold it for 4 days). Went in the next morning to pick it up and they just gave away the stuff to other people even though I had already paid. Then they try to make it seem like you are crazy for having a problem with this method of "busisness". They give away your orders and then try to gaslight you. Absolutely awful.

Soon we're going to have to farm the vegetable and tend the livestock as well. Tired of losing services at Walmart while they post higher and higher profits and make customers do the work. Not a theif but I don't blame the people that steal from the self checkouts at this filthy maze of a store.

Scheduled an order for pickup. It is over $300. With no explanation at all, they reschedule it for tomorrow. Some of the items I really need TODAY so in chat I was told they could cancel my order and reorder it for home delivery today. However I must wait 7 - 10 days for my $300+ to be put back on my card. So I have to pay over $600 because THEY rescheduled my order? The person in chat called the store and was told that there was a sudden influx of orders. THAT IS WHY YOU SCHEDULE AHEAD TO SPACE IT OUT! That is not a valid reason! Are they taking new orders before scheduled? And from all the bad reviews WALMART DOESN'T EVEN CARE.

I've been to some bad stores in my time, but this one takes the cake - and eats it off the filthy, sticky floor. The only thing more consistent than the dirt and grime covering every surface was the absence of any products I actually wanted to buy. And if by some miracle I did manage to find what I was looking for, good luck trying to get an employee to actually help you. The personal shoppers are rude, constantly in the way and blocking the aisles, and act like customers are a huge inconvenience to them. All in all, I'd rather shop in a dumpster than come back here.

Susan was carefully and purposeful checking us out. And I appreciate that. Kinda slow, but I was patient...at first. My problem was when Dee Dee comes up stands there and the two start having a personal conversation. Slowed Susan down significantly. I said "ladies, can we work and talk later?" She barked at me "I am working!" I mean loud. When we finished and we're walking away, she says to Dee Dee about what a "bad example " I was for my charges. I was embarrassed, alot of people turned and heard it. She denied saying it, but me and my friend heard her. Please talk to Susan and maybe she can be more respectful to customers. Afternoon of 1/25/20

I really shouldn't expect anything from Walmart other than cheap prices. I'll tell you what - management hired some real winners to handle cart returns. I told the guy that the wheel was broken on a cart. What does he do? He puts it back with the other carts after saying something ignorant about me. Yea...where's my Sam's Club membership. With experiences like this one, hopefully Walmart employees can understand why people are so grumpy at their store.

The last two times I have been to this store, the staff has been very rude. One stock person cut me off when she crossed through a middle aisle pushing a cart of stock and didn't even apologize. A cashier sighed very loudly while rolling her eyes and said "the scan bar on this fabric isn't working. You can either go back and get it re-labeled or I can have it returned to stock." This was after I had stood in line behind 3 people with full carts and I only had 7 items to purchase. (and of course there were no express lanes open). I also witnessed a cashier that was so angry with a customer that she threw something against the wall of the checkout she was working at. This is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to!!! I think from now on I will go to Target, where customers are called guests and are treated as such. I don't think the savings at Wal-Mart is worth the mistreatment.

Ugh... Please, I beg of you..don't go here! It's dirty. Lines are long. No customer service that is helpful. Do not answer their phones. Must hire slow-moving animatronic "people" at check-out. The only saving grace is that they've added a self check out line. Yuck! I'm not fond of Walmart, anyway..but this one is especially bad!

Why in the hell doesn'[t anyone answer their phone there???" Geesh, it's 10:30 pm on a week night, are they that busy? They were suppose to get back to me on finding a product & they never did. Called back 5 times & still no answer after so many rings. Talking to the manager tomorrow! Also, what's up with the long lines all the time? Can't wait till Costco comes here, then Walmart will be history!!!!!!

Good variety, seem to be good prices, but hate the place. No customer focus, long waits to checkout. I steer clear and spend my hard earned money to help local retailer. Adios, Wal-Mart .

Yes, it's overcrowded, yes it's messy, yes it's a big blue-gray box, but it's got good prices, a huge variety of ethnic goods, and it's really convenient for tons of folks in the area (including yours truly). Plus I saw they closed the movie rental and put in a nail/pedi spa (!).

Awful. Awful. Awful. The cashiers are slow, employees never seem to have a clue when asked a question about any of the products or merchandise and it's over crowded. If at all possible, I avoid this place at all costs - even if I have to pay twice as much somewhere else.
