Came here because I needed to get a steroid for my cat that she's been on for awhile, and it's the closest pharmacy. They took the script and told me to come back in an hour. I come back and they tell me it's not ready and to come back tomorrow.Return the next day and I get told that the steroid is "out of stock" and to yet again try tomorrow. Same thing, except when the pharmacist walks away I overhear her get told by her coworker that they don't carry the right dosage for a cat, I guess she thought I didn't hear because she says again "it's still out of stock, try again tomorrow". So it's not out of stock, they just don't carry it.I ended up having to get a new script from my vet so I could go somewhere else, because my cat could've went into shock from not having her steroid. Other pharmacy had it ready within one day. It's been over two weeks and I called the automated Walgreens number for the heck of it, and it said "we're still working on it" What a joke. Very disappointing and I don't think I'll come here again. Dishonest and putting lives at risk, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

This pharmacy is broken. It is not fit to be handling people’s medications. Teresa especially needs customer service training. She said out loud in front of customers “what’s with all the cranky people today” after a sweet old man tried to ask questions about his vaccine. He was confused about his wait because he had an appointment. Teresa barked at him to keep waiting and then began huffing and puffing and proceeded to say loudly “LORD HAVE MERCY.” The older gentleman man was simply inquiring about a time frame and trying to cancel it because he couldn’t wait any longer. Again Teresa had zero empathy, and nastily said “because that’s the way they make us do it!.” She just walked by him and was not willing to answer any of his questions or cancel his appointment as he requested. Teresa then proceeded to help another guest who had no issues picking up his prescription (unlike everyone else who were standing around waiting for the pharmacist). The man simply walked up and Teresa told him in front of everyone “we need more people like you.” She proceeded to say it 3 different times so that everyone waiting in earshot could hear her. Suggesting that everyone else waiting were not ideal customers. In conclusion, if Teresa is this worn out in customer service she should not be in this profession.Thankfully the young woman who was helping me (Jaimie) was much more professional. My order # stated that I had to call the pharmacy. Unfortunately, after calling and waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes I was hung up on. This has happened to me before as well. I ended up driving to the store and when I asked the woman why I was hung up on she looked over to the then ringing phone and stated “because we are helping people in the store” and I stated that wasn’t right and there wasn’t a manager to speak with about being hung up on because it was the weekend. She further said “we need more help.”The overall issue is, this Walgreens is absolutely not fit to be running as a pharmacy if they can’t staff properly in order to meet the most basic requirements of a pharmacy, which is to fill prescriptions. Please begin to staff your pharmacy properly, your customers are frustrated and so are your workers.

The absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy! Rude and unprofessional!! We put in an order online at 4:30am and still didn’t get it by the time the pharmacy closed at 6pm! We were told it was in a safe and no one could get it out! This is unacceptable and irresponsible of a store to not have someone who can provide the appropriate services! The tech simply said, come back in the morning and it might be ready then! If I could give them a zero star, I would! I’ll be finding myself another pharmacy because this Walgreens should be the next pharmacy stores to go under! You suck!

I paid for a 90 day supply of meds, received a 30 day supply. I called and told them they messed up and I wanted my meds that I paid for. They said they needed to review security footage and would call me back. 48+ hours later no call back. I called them again, waited 15 minutes, someone asked if I could hold, waited another 5 minutes and the line disconnected. Writing this while on hold again except I'm at bottom of the call center having to wait longer than the first call. Will not be returning here.Update. I called 3 times, the line disconnected 3 times. I called two days later and spoke with someone, they said my meds would be ready for pick up whenever. I went in the store later and the worker said they didn't have anything for me. I spoke with another worker and told them what the person on the phone said about meds being set aside on the pharmacist's bench. They did find my meds and I got what I paid for. I never did receive a phone call to me saying all was fixed. They corrected their mistake which I understand happens, especially when so understaffed and insanely busy. Pharmacy needs more employees, more competent employees.

Husband overcharged $105.42 for prescription. Pharmacist refused to take the time to call insurance for verification. Amount he should have been charged was $0

Filed a formal complaint with Walgreens Corporate the store needs to be better staffed or the staff needs better training. The wait times are absurd and I'm switching pharmacies. It's ridiculous that after 7 days and over an hour in store wait my prescriptions are being filled

I went their at 8:30pm today, to get medicine. The lady told me to come back in one hour, so I came back in one hour at 9:30pm, She had an attitude and very rude! Blamed me for not getting text message, "when to come back" even though I wasn't singed up. I told her this is the first time I have ever came to this Walgreens ever. She said let me get you signed up! Then I ask how long it was going to be and she told me I was preventing her from being able to fill my medicine up and she proceeds to tell me that she is "tired" (very unprofessional)!! After all that, still no medicine for my ear infection!!!

40 minutes to long! We had to transfer prescriptions from the Walgreens on 16th to this one on Avenue of the Cities. We have been coming here for 4 months now. The “quickest “ I have gotten thru the drive thru is 43 minutes. The quickest I have been waited on at the prescription counter is 44 minutes! They always have a long line of cars and only 1 clerk. Hire more people!

And then the guy said if there was less ppl like you I’d get done faster.. bro your lucky I didn’t come inside walk up and smack your teeth out.. watch how you speak before I make it where you can’t

Tonight I went to the baby section to find pain relief medication for my 6 month old who just had a procedure.I didn’t see what I was looking for and decided to go talk to the pharmacy. I asked the tech if they knew where “baby aspirin” is at (no other details given) She didn’t know and asked the pharmacist standing nearby. The pharmacist tells me it’s “out there on the floor. We don’t have it back here. It is 81 mg.” I leaned a little over the counter to be able to see her annd asked what Isle it is in. she looks at me and says “you’re really going to give your baby aspirin? That is for people above the age of 18” I looked at her, baffled, and said I don’t know that’s what my doctor suggested that I give on rotation, Tylenol and…… she cut me off and said “ your doctor did not tell you that.” at this point I am irate and asked her what she suggested I give him because I am just doing as I am told. She proceeded again to say my doctor did not tell me that.. i told her in my protective and tired mom voice I don’t appreciate her mom shaming me and not providing me with the information that I need from a PHARMACIST about MEDICATION. She just stood and stared at me, giving me no advice. The pharmacy tech with her proceeded to tell me I need to get out of the way for the next customer in line. I refuse to ever go back.I am a mom, with an education, a boatload of support, and the means to teach myself if needed. I feel terrible for the mom who is young, single, tired, overwhelmed, new, confused, without resources and the list goes on, who comes in contact with this woman. If we can’t ask a pharmacist about medication needs….At the end of the day I wasn’t specific on the need that I had but got no professional education or knowledge. She didn’t ask the age of who needed it, what it would be used for, give other suggestions, NOTHING. Don’t worry, I got it figured out ! I hope the lady in the white coat sees this and reflects on her attitude, lack of professionalism, and the inability to help a person asking for her to do her job. Advil, I needed advil.

I went to get a prescription filled on 6/29/2023.. There were 11 people in line and one Pharmacist who was on the phone all the time I was there. After 30 minutes waiting in line, and seeing just one customer waited on, I left the store, along with 2 other people who left in discuss. I just had a molar pulled and really needed the pain relief too. Horrific service and I'll NEVER use Walgreens again, especially when there's a CVS right across the street. On the way out, I saw some cashews on sale for $2.98, I went to buy them so it wasn't a complete wasted trip, but the cashier tried to charge me $7.58!! Apparently there's a secret club and I wasn't entitled to buy anything on sale because I'm not a member. I threw the cashews down and left . I only went to this Walgreen's because the one closer to me on 16th St in Moline doesn't have a pharmacy.. Imagine that, a drug store that doesn't sell drugs!

Talked to pharmacist personally. Having serious allergy attack. What should I take. Claritin. Why would you prescribe something that starts to work in two days. Sinus attack!! Just stupid advice.
