I waited in line over an hr to be told they were out of my daughter's medication which was called in 3 hrs before.. went back the next day and realized they gave me only half of her medication 7.5 MG x 2 a day for 10 days is not 75mg it is 150 !!

I usually visit this store as there are usually friendly. But the last few visits has made me rethink my choice. Extremely rude at the photo counter and the check outs. The pharmacy is very pleasant. Maybe it's the staff shortage. But it's not the way to keep customers. Someone needs to take a look at this store and find out why they are so rude!!!!

Out of meds for 2 days because this place decided to cut their pharmacy hours in half and I work during the hours they’re open.
Have been using this location to fill scripts for a couple years, location is super convenient, staff is usually great. Recently the is location changed their pharmacy hours to 10-6 with no weekends which means I’m having to use lunches/PTO/sick time to pick up scripts. nightmarishly slow. I tried to pickup yesterday and had to leave because the line was so long. been on drive up line here for 20 minutes and about to leave again because work starts soon.
Maybe this is a management and staffing issue ? staff seem equally annoyed with the changes. Walgreens probably needs to make this a better work environment and pay staff more to keep this thing running. plus they’re doing covid for and flu shots which adds to their workload.
At the very least maybe y’all could stagger those hours so we have a weekend, weeknight or early morning for picking up. I have something to pick up at least weekly. If this continues I’ll probably have to switch pharmacies unfortunately.

My daughter fell in the parking lot in a pothole. Manager real friendly and helpful. Hopefully it’s just a sprain and no problems.

I have pretty good luck here and its my go to one. The are always helpful and have what I need from this kind of store. The pharmacy is as fast as the line is with people like any other place so I don’t get worked up. Clean facilities and decent getting in and out of parking lot.

Express pick up of prescription takes over an hour. No one is moving fast at this place. Poorly trained and staffed by slowest moving employees I have ever seen. Those that do speak seem like they want it to end. Seriously I think they are suicidal. Worst example of a Walgreens in the qca. If you have to go to Walgreens, go somewhere else.

This Walgreens location has always been good to me since I moved to the area. They seem to keep the store well stocked and clean and are good about getting extra cashiers out when busy. I wish they got the same amount and variety of items as the bigger Walgreens in the area but they do well with what they have. The employees are friendly and always willing to help.
