I understand that staffing is a huge issue and that the pharmacists and techs are very overworked. However, this walgreens pharmacy continuously messes up or simply doesn’t refill an order and they don’t even give a call to inform you. The wait is almost always over 20 minutes just to be told they messed up and don’t have your medications.

About half the time they refill my prescription, they refill it with the name brand 10x as much $ version. They claim that it's the only one in stock so they filled it with that, even though I Always tell them to delay the prescription until they have the off brand version available. I have a note on file with Walgreens AND from the prescriptions my doctor sends, and they often ignore both to get and extra $180 out of me.I'll be getting my prescription somewhere else from now on.

I’ve been waiting for days to get a prescription that was supposed to be on hold, but somehow it got deleted and now they had to call the Nurse Practitioner to get it sent in again. It is now 5:35 and I still don’t have an answer when it will be done. This is the worst place for getting prescriptions filled, they are slow and always always have a line.

I went to get a prescription filled on 6/29/2023.. There were 11 people in line and one Pharmacist who was on the phone all the time I was there. After 30 minutes waiting in line, and seeing just one customer waited on, I left the store, along with 2 other people who left in discuss. I just had a molar pulled and really needed the pain relief too. Horrific service and I'll NEVER use Walgreens again, especially when there's a CVS right across the street.On the way out, I saw some cashews on sale for $2.98, I went to buy them so it wasn't a complete wasted trip, but the cashier tried to charge me $7.58!! Apparently there's a secret club and I wasn't entitled to buy anything on sale because I'm not a member. I threw the cashews down and left . I only went to this Walgreen's because the one closer to me on 16th St in Moline doesn't have a pharmacy.. Imagine that, a drug store that doesn't sell drugs!

This place is hands-down, the absolute worst pharmacy route is people slowest people most on an educated people that there is in a pharmacy being awesome at your Job included, being slow, lazy,unknowledgeable,rude they would get 5 stars. Just when I think that my experience can’t possibly go any worse than the last one, they never cease to perform and out do the time before. Scary to think that these people are the ones who dish out medications to people.

Floater Pharmacist Fatima went above and beyond to help me (and my wife) in a desperate and very stressful situation when all other Walgreens pharmacies on this side of the Quad Cities were closed for the night, and the weekend! I sincerely don't know if my wife's problem would've been solved if Fatima hadn't been on duty there that night!

Unbelievably poor service. After being assured by the pharmacist yesterday my Rx would be transferred, I arrived today to discover it had not been approved by the pharmacist, after a forty five minute wait in the line. I was asked to wait another 20. When the pharmacist called my name as ready, I was told to go and wait in the original line again. I have now been here 2 hours, standing. Unacceptable
