A lady named Viviana took care of me. She was the absolute best!!! I bought an Apple Watch for my daughter and she was so sweet and helpful. She even wrapped it for her with a cute ribbon and bow. Talking to her was a whole vibe I felt like I’ve known her my whole life. Highly recommended!!!

Appelquist sold me a "free phone" claimed I just had to pay the taxes on it, which I did at the time. I just paid the rest of the balance, most assuredly wasn't free. Boo on me for trusting a salesperson instead of reading the fine print.

We just had an extremely positive experience at US Cellular. The sales representative, Emmett, was very conscientious about taking the time to assist my wife on getting the old data from her phone. The phone had a screen failure and you could only view less than 20% of the screen. He had the tenacity to work through the unviewable parts of the screen to figure out which settings to make to get the information to transfer to her new device. I was very impressed with his perseverance. He should get five stars for his performance over and above the five stars for US Cellular.

I returned to discuss switching our plan of 7 phones to a newer plan. I had worked with Dakota Roberts on a previous visit and asked if he was available. He graciously came from the break room and his lunch to help me again. So wonderful to work with and patient with all my questions.

We have been very satisfied with US Cellular phone service when it comes to phone plans and reception . Their internet self service is terrible as you can not navigate even if you are using the correct password. We recently went and bought a new A 21 phone @ Moline location. When it came to getting information from old phone to new phone, that is where the customer service STOPPED. The sales person indicated that it would take awhile to download information from one phone to the other which I understand. However; when we got home and spent a few hours DOING IT OURSELVES, only some of the phone numbers took. When we went in the next day for help, we were told by the same customer service rep that they did everything they could and we would need to contact help desk. I realize that transferring data from one phone to the other is a cumbersome process but lack of support is going to cost US Cellular customers in the future...VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!
