We went in to upgrade a phone and it was honestly a pleasant experience thanks to Alex. He was super helpful, nice and provided excellent service! Will definitely be back to this store!

Most the times I go there Tiffany ends up helping us. I bought my 1st iPhone and it wouldn't let me create an account. Shes so far went above and beyond trying everything ro set one up. She called apple and sat on the phone with them forever and even though we haven't got it set up( due to apple) shes been so helpful!
