“Great shop. We were driving through Davenport when our Check Engine light turned on. It was the day after July 4th and not many garages were open. Fortunately, Mitch’s was open and they checked the codes to see if anything was seriously wrong. They found a possible problem with the catalytic converter or O2 sensor. They explained that we could make it to Connecticut safely but would need to have the exhaust system checked out once we get there. They were so nice they didn’t even charge us for the service they provided. I recommend them highly!”

“Josh was fantastic! Great customer service. Give him a raise. He verified the part I was looking for was on the shelf, as there was only 1 left according to inventory. That may seem insignificant, but the part I needed is on national backorder and I couldn't find one anywhere. Many other places took my money, then later notified me it was no longer in stock, what a headache. When I called MSTP Josh indicated he had one left, physically verified it was on the shelf, then took my information over the phone and said he'd ship it the same day. It couldn't have been easier or quicker. He saved the day for me. Thanks, Josh!”
