It seems rather obviously that Hiland gouges their customers just as much as possible. When it costs over $300 for an oil change, maybe it's time to buy another brand.

Bought a used 2022 Blue Pruis Hybrid 7-26-22. Drove from Oak Park to Moline 312 mile round trip to fine this hard to fine car. My Sales person Trop Knapp was welcoming helpful and accommodating. The dealership is immaculate and the entire dealership staff was very friendly. I drove the car home and arrived back (averaging 57.9 MPG) to Oak Park around 4 pm, a long day for me. This was the most positive automobile buying experience in my life! Thank you Troy and staff at Hiland Toyota I'm a very satisfied and delighted customer!

My daughter was ten minutes late for her scheduled oil change. She was told she would have to reschedule. She had driven in from Iowa City for the appointment. Yes she will reschedule. At a different Toyota dealer.
