If there were 0 stars thats what I'd give them. I just went in there an hour ago to get my nails done when I had an appointment. The lady rushed through my nails and my stickers are already falling off and im missing chunks of acrylic all over my nails. When I called for a refund to my card, the lady said she didn't know how to do it. I told her I could pick up cash and she said that all she could do was give me a gift certificate. Horrible quality place. NEVER go there. If you want good quality, go to K Nails.

I’ve always came here and had good service but I tried dipped polish on my nails and liked how they turned out but after they grew out and I stopped in to have them removed it cost my $10 and 45 minutes of my time. The next day my nails were chipping and I was still taking layers of polish or whatever they use off of my nails. I stopped and in and said I wasn’t happy that I paid the money for them to remove the polish and they didn’t get it all off. I can’t have chipping and peeling nails for work. Something about thin nails but no offer of how to make me a happy customer. I said I would not be back and still nothing to keep a customer. What a rip off.

I really don’t want to be this person, but I’m so disappointed. I went in and asked for a simple pink nail with a moon on it and the lady told me it’d be 30 minutes(which I don’t mind because I was a walk in). She was really chatty and happy with the lady before me so when it was my turn I tried to start a conversation and she was very cold and short with me.
