I attended the Disney on Ice event. The facility was very nice. My only suggestion is to ask the screening crew to avoid making extended conversations with the guests. We were in what ended up as the SLOW line. Three stations were scanning. 2-3 people went through for every 1 person in our line. (Yes, we were bored/frustrated enough to count). Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. There was a mechanical delay, zamboni leaked.... they handled the mishap very well.

Just saw Disney on Ice. The show was great. There was plenty of parking available, but we chose to park in the free lots across the street. I always wish there were more exits as it is always a mess to get out. We wanted to get sprite, but they ran out before the show even started and didn't have any other non-caffine options except in bottles.

I've been going to this venue since I was a kid between the mallards the storm and the Harlem Globetrotters it is a great venue I definitely like having something like this in the Quad Cities to be able to go to venues events that they constantly have I really appreciate it thank you but they definitely need to update their technology everything's outdated and old .

Very fun game to watch. Sad to see crowd attendance low. I would recommend helping the local sport team. Very good atmosphere. Prices are high for everything at the concessions, that's really the bummer.

We went to see Matchbox Twenty here on a Saturday night. The arena was really nice. Once we got parked, the search, entry was fast and smooth. It is laid out well and all seats seem to be ok. The only real issue was getting parked. It took us 45 minutes to get into the parking lot and it cost 20 dollars. It was faster to get out and back on the road than to get in. The price of a mixed drink was $11 and water was 5.50. not the cheapest but not the worst either. Overall it was a good experience and really enjoyed the show.

We had a great time at the Matchbox 20 concert! The venue is clean and small so easy to walk around. The bathroom lines moved quickly which was great! We parked int garage and took the skywalk to get into the venue. The seats are kinda small and not very cushy but they were ok for a smaller person not as good if you’re tall. We would definitely see another concert here. Matchbox 20 was amazing to hear in concert!!!

Awesome birthday present. Saw Journey and Toto. It was clean, easy to navigate through, and they were very friendly. Just did not like the fact that when we bought water and soda, they made us open the container and leave the caps.

We saw Reba and Terri Clark! It was a fantastic show with pyro. Don't bring a large purse, they will make you check it in. They also don't take cash for any of the food and drinks. Debit/Credit card only. They do give an option to purchase a debit card though. It takes a while to get through the entrance. Purses will get checked. There is a metal detector. And your tickets should be on your phone to get checked in quicker. Everything is expensive. One beer cost me $10.49 plus tip. A soda was almost $6. Reba Concert was awesome though.

Wnt to a boxing match, and a hockey game broke out. Not much has changed, just new sponsors. Still says tax slayer on building. Thru added whiteys ice-cream which is a good addition

Great view of the stage. But if you get an opportunity to get up and move around, do it. The seats are narrow and will push on your legs, making it hard to sit for the full show.

We had a great time. The place was good. Bathrooms easily found and the line moved thru quickly. Vendors selling merchandise and drinks they had it all.

I was not aware that we couldn't take in a bag/purse bigger than 5" x 7". That might be normal for frequent concert attendees...but for us it was new. The venue was nice. Cashless vendors was also something out or the blue for us. We were in Row 2 of section 212...nice enough view but very tight seating arrangement. Parking attendants were helpful. We even called in a week in advance and staff talked us through the way in and out of the parking area. Overall...I would ho again and now feel more knowledgeable.
