What a terrible place. I called to confirm that a specific item that is a target exclusive was in stock and was told multiple times by the employee that it was in stock. I said great, I'm sending my dad to come pick one up. My dad gets there and can't find the item, tries to ask for help and is treated with the upmost disrespect from employees. DO NOT GO HERE

Rude employee at the customer service counter and no employees to be found anywhere! Only had self check out open. I’m not an employee getting paid by target I should have the option to check out with a person or choose self check out.

Purchased an Xbox series X, in which I received an $75 gift card for purchasing it, and returned because I chose that I didn’t need it. So when I returned it, I was only refunded part of what I charged on their Red Card. The $75 gift card was not refunded, which I had not used. So now I have to pay interest on something I returned. Bad service

Shopping online with curbside pickup and returns is easy and convenient. It really helps since I am handicapped.

alex M from style was the best associate I’ve ever been helped by. He was polite, kind & knowledgeable on assisting me with every question I had. The holiday shopping is always tough but I’ve never had such great service that made my life easier. If I ever needed help again I would specifically ask for this associate.
