Clean and super friendly staff. The sofa bed in our room was super worn out so it had a slip cover on it. But to use the sofa bed you had to remove the cover and expose the torn up cushions. My 6 year old slept on it but I could tell it was horribly uncomfortable. Bunk room was a good fit for our family of 6 and a pack n play was provided for our baby. We ended up not using it so I can’t speak to the condition or if a sheet was provided. The pool was so chlorinated that my eyes were burning but the kids had fun in the pool until they were too cold to swim anymore haha. The staff allowed us to sit in the breakfast room to eat our door dash food with family in town.

Came here for family vacation. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. They're so respectful and LGBtq friendly. They are amazing to our kids and dog. We did have a couple of issues but they did everything to fix the issue and I'm happy. Tristan at the front desk is absolutely amazing. Once we leave we will be returning.Rooms: Our room is absolutely spacious and I love the rustic scene. It's also spacious for my wife that's disabled and space for my dog to walk. They're five of us and a dog. We have plenty of room. Shower is lovely and bed is so comfortable. No complaints.Safety: This place was carefully builtFood & drinks: Everything is fantastic here. They have pool, ping pong, a gym,hot tub

We booked my daughter's birthday party through the hotel specifically for the pool and they closed the pool for cleaning. Who does that? I'm currently sitting in a hotel meeting room with 10 disappointed kids and nothing to do.

Weekend stay, not advised for a quiet get away. Kids running the halls at all hours. Desk clerk advised certain week days to come for quiet time.Rooms: Very spacious.Food & drinks: The "bar" area wasn't an adult area. Food options were slim.Noteworthy details: Pool and hot tub very chlorinated.

We stayed here for my son's 11th birthday as a family get away. We got to use the pool one time before it got closed due to a man punching a woman by the pool in front of children & families. The place was way over packed with people. There was no security to and from the pool area, so just anyone off the streets could just walk in and swim and it seemed chaotic. The pool area got shut down the rest of the night and into the next morning at 11am, which is checkout time for us. We were very disappointed we paid for a hotel room with a pool & Jacuzzi and we did not get to enjoy it due to lack of security and poor management. The pool area also smelled like Chlorine gas soo bad, my eyes burned after being in the pool are for just a few minutes. I wondered if a professional was in charge of pool care or some untrained inexperienced young adult? Seemed very undermanaged this weekend. There were also unsupervised young teenagers roaming the hallways all hours of the night knocking on doors and running away and being very disruptive and starting fights. The hallways smelled like weed, I know weed is legal, but when there is small children and family's around, its inappropriate. I witnessed 2 children saying they had to run to the front desk due a a large group of kids trying to beat them up, once again where is the security? The a/c and fan in the room did not work and it was very stuffy in the room. I tried turning the fan on to drown out the noise of partying above me & beside me and the fan didn't work. The noise and partying went on till 3am, I have small children that wake up early, we did not get much sleep that night. The breakfast bar was a complete disaster in the morning, once again a large group of unsupervised teenagers pretty much destroyed the breakfast area where family's were trying to eat a breakfast. It seems like a lot of people were there that did not actually have a room there. Once again, lack of management & no security. I can't see this place staying open for business if it continues at this rate. It's sad, this place used to be a nice place to get away to and have a nice night with the family or spouse. Now this place seems like it has really gone downhill and is becoming a lawless dump. We were actually scared for our safety more than once during our stay here. After this experience, I will not be returning again, nor would I recommend this to any of my friends or family to book a room here. I need an actual real vacation after staying in this noisy, run down, poorly managed place.

So, i recently stayed here for a romantic valentines/ birthday evening with my girlfriend. We rented a jacuzzi suite. Room was awesome. It was huge!! Loved it. We went out for dinner then stopped a local bar and met a few friends and had few drinks. We got back around 11pm. We decided to get in the jacuzzi, i mean, thats the entire point of s jacuzzi suiite. Right?? Well, we filled it up and about 1 min later got in. It was LUKE WARM water. We decided to just relax and deal with it later. We had to get out less than 10 mins later as we were FREEZING in the jacuzzi. We ran for the shower. Guess what? LUKE WARM water again. We were too tired to deal with it by this time.Upon check out, i mentioned thebwater issue. Lexi smiled and she looked at ehr co-worker and they both laughed and said " a boiler quit working last night. Thank you for staying with us, enjoy your day"I was dumbfounded by this. I had to walk away from this utter disrespect. Now, Lexi knows me as she is friends with my brother. So, im not sure if she said it like this because we know each other, or what. But i was angry and had to walk out before i got really mad. I have a temper. So, i paid $430 for a jacuzzi suite, for less than 10 mins of use because of the luke warm water. So, i paid for a something i couldnt use and got no refund if any kind. I will NEVER stay at this location or ANY stoney creek ever again.

Pros•Requested a box fan and they delivered•Beautiful view from our room•Staff was very friendly, polite, and understanding•Everything seemed fairly clean•Complimentary makeup wipe and body lotion•Checkout time was 11am•Fireplace and Jacuzzi was fully functional, loved it•Fairly decent sized room•Comfortable bed and pillows but felt a bit like a hospital bed due to the blankets•Pool time was till 11pm and both the pool and hot tub were functional (we didn't go in, just glanced)•Complimentary breakfast if you don't miss it like we did•No noise complaints, it was a peaceful stay. I don't think the staff can control any kids running around the halls that's on the parents but we had nothing of the sort happen.Cons:•the ceiling fan above the bed wasn't functional•There was a very large crack in the toilet tank•The toilet paper holder was bent•The fridge didn't get very cold•The windows had little fingerprints all over•The lighting wasn't very good in some areas•There was no handsoap to wash your hands•The shower head was very basic, no handheld showerhead option•No smart TVs, just cable•Basic toilet paper (pretty standard for most)•Water stains on the popcorn ceilingsWhat I take from this experience: for the one night we stayed, I had a lovely time. We loved the aesthetic of the hotel, the jacuzzi was very nice! I'd also like to add that I never sleep well away from home but I slept so well here! It didn't have that sterile cold non home feeling like most other places do. Definitely a place I would love to watch the X-Files at. I wouldn't say the price was worth the cons, but I would go again if it were a little more appropriate for the price based off of the quality of the room.

Not a bad place to stay, don’t have too many complaints other than the hot water didn’t work when I stayed a couple times, and the breakfast is not good anymore. They used to have a decent breakfast service and it’s turned into basically the ingredients to make an egg McMuffin and they’re not great.Rooms: Cozy rooms, rustic look to them but they’re niceWalkability: Lots of restaurants and brewpubs nearby

When you go to book your room here to stay, they deceive you and book your room to other people and if you wanted to upgrade they'll charge $500 extra. Service is rude and the workers don't know what they're doing. I guess they prefer to hire uneducated people.

It was fine during the weekdays but weekends are terrible. The noise for the surrounding area (one bar specifically) was so loud I thought it was a neighboring room. I would like to be able to sleep at some point but apparently that won't happen until the bar closes. I'm used to downtown hotels and such but this was like there was no insulation and the windows mught as well not have been there. I have no idea why other hotels can keep the outside noise out but this one cant. Our key cards regularly didn't work and at one point I had to wait 15 min just till the front desk showed up to fix the issue. The lobby smells of propane, the hallways smelled like weed, but the room was clean and large. The pillows were tiny and very uncomfortable, but the bed is fine for a hotel bed. My kids appreciated the unlimited pancakes at breakfast but other than that it's not great. Our fridge made so much noise as well. I thought there were glass bottles in it, but nope just weird clinking noises and loud shaking for some reason. I won't be staying here again.
