Went into this store to fix some things on my google pix pro 7. Short wait. Devin Stephan was the person who helped me. The issues with my phone was user not know what to do. he took his time explain everything so I understood did not talk to fast or down to me( I am 73 so still learning this tech. world) . After my issues were done with the phone. Ask about internet he got me hooked with that. and then I ask about google Fitbit watch Got me one for 1/2 price. As a manager for 50 years in hotels. This man is great with the public. A keeper as a great employee. If you go into this store ask for Devin Stephan he will make your life easier to deal with tech issues.

Although I'm not current customer, Elijah Israel helped me correct a problem with a previous bill. Elijah was invaluable in getting this problem corrected. He showed patience, courtesy, and knowledge qnd it is greatly appreciated. If or when I switch to T- Mobile I will be sure to contact Elijah Israel!!!!!!!!!!

Watch out for T-Mobile. I got a galaxy watch 6 here. The web said the battery would lady 30-40 hours the salesman said 24, I actually got 8-15 hours. I could not get service at my house, so I took it back. This store charged me a 40 dollar restock fee for a watch that did no work right. I called customer service who said "we don't do business this way" and refunded my money. Just letting you know. Be careful of this store.

Well there was many fantastic people there, but this is about James and his big head up his you know what. We were supposed to get the moto Z flip, he said they didn't have it, we were getting a two person plan. Because he didn't have the moto I got a Google pixel phone, paid for the phone, set it up and he went to break. So the nice manger helped finish up, we mentioned the Z flip and she said they did have it, we mentioned the two person phone plan, he actually signed us up for one. So she called the help center and they tried to charge us 80$ to add the other line. She did her magic and we didn't have to pay for his F-up . But all around James shouldn't work consumer service if he's gonna be apathetic and unfriendly and on top of that Bad at his job. Try wearhouse work James. I'm leaving out a lot of detail but there is the short of it .

Elijah was very very helpful with my phone issues. He has amazing customer service! He was extremely helpful and patient while helping me. I would highly recommend him at this store!

I was helped by a guy name Elijah And there was also another guy helping and these guys were experts they knew the answers to all of my questions they were very helpful guiding me in the right direction I was able to get a tablet and a new phone line about $35 a month

The tall guy who was not friendly and helpful at all. Not a store I would recommend to go if the people is not build to dealt with public.I felt sorry for whoever owns that store to have people working for them acted rude and lack of customer service skill. The instructions were not clear when we need some help, had him to speak to the account owner and he was not friendly. It is all about customer service even we didn’t get the problem solved.

5g modem went out. Went to see what could be done. It was Saturday, an hour before they closed. I got put on the waiting list, as there were about 5 costumes ahead of me. When they got to me, the young lady checked the modem and promptly got me a new one. Very happy with their service. And they were very friendly also.
