Easy to order! Although neither store had the chair to check it out. Talked to Moline manager Richard and was able to order online and still get special Customer Appreciation Week pricing. Really wish they had one to try out - fingers crossed it as described

Went into Slumberland by Southpark Mall looking for a bookcase for my daughter's birthday. Our salesman was Brdi who was a very nice gentleman, and most helpful. Quality of the bookshelf is very nice. The manager was most helpful also with delivery, etc. I had bought a couch and matching recliner quite a few years ago that have been very good quality as well. Would recommend them to everyone!

Furniture store experience was great. I knew exactly what I was looking for. They made it quick and easy. Delivery, on the other hand, not so much. They have a nice app that tracks them. Not updated frequently enough. I assumed they would call or notify of arrival. Found out later the items were just dropped at my front door, but needed them in the garage. Would have been easier for me and them if they would have provided notification of arrival.

We found what we were looking for rather easily, and Richard "RJ" Scherbarth's no pressure sales tactic was BRILLIANT!! We'll most definitely shop at this location again and again!
