Make sure to check the receipt before you check out that the sale came off. I notice I didn't get the sale on one of the items so I went back in ask to return the item and buy it back and get the sale then I realized that I got less back for the return and then I had to pay more to buy it back. Then the manager comes in and was rude telling me you want me to fix this or not well obviously yes i do well then let me call Customer service so after waiting 20 minutes for the manager to call Customer service to still be confused on how to fix it. So I felt very uncomfortable so I left. Called another store and she said the item i got wasn't apart of the sale. Kudos to her for helping. Still can't get it fixed because I have to have Customer service tell the store what to do. So confusing to me too. Something that should be so easy to fix turned to be complicated because not every color is apart of the sale and then the Developer is on sale too which usually isn't. She didn't need to be rude. I will definitely not go back there.

I stood and waited and the only store associate was to busy explaining each shampoo to one lady with multiple people waiting for service she didn’t even acknowledge anyone else were there

Twice in the last few weeks I have been in to purchase products and both times Wendy helped me and both times I got great advice on what would for me!! She was friendly, professional and new exactly what I needed I was so glad when I went on the 2nd time and she was there! What an AWESOME experience because of her!

Felt like they just wanted a sale. Also, I made an exchange and they made it an even exchange instead of owing me the difference. I don't feel comfortable going back.
