I went there for years but they refused to check a stray I found in very bad shape because I had no records...wouldn't even check for a chip. No compassion.

Can’t even say I can rate their care because I had a terrible experience with the receptionist trying to get an appointment. Super rude! If you don’t like your job then find a new one.

They actually come to know and love your pets as much as you do. They are very informative about conditions and procedures and have to be the friendliest bunch I have come across in animal care.

River Bend Animal Clinic (more specifically Veterinarian Weigandt) have been incredible in helping us manage all of the health issues that have come up with our dog Toby. They have been professional, patient, and kind and we are so grateful for all of their help!

They really care about our pets - vets and staff. Never have to wait to be seen and they always know the right questions to ask to glean an emergent situation from a routine one.

I couldn't get my cat into another vet after she had not eaten in 2 days. I thought we were going to lose her. Riverbend had us come right in, gave her fluids and an antibiotic and my 15 year old cat is back to her normal self. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Always had a good experience there until today. The front desk and vet need to communicate better. My cat had a procedure today, I was told this morning to call after 2:30 and that I could pick her up this afternoon. I called and they wanted me to come in and see the Dr. No mention of the cat was ok. I got there early and asked if my cat was alive, front desk told me I'd have to wait and talk to the Vet. My cat is ok, but for about an hour I was under the impression that she didn't make it. UNEXCUSABLE.

Capable veterinarians, but the front office is lacking. I think they have more patience than they can handle. When you call, be prepared to be put on hold for a long time. I got fed up & moved on.

These are kind and caring providers that do what is best for the pet. Both myself and my pets are always treated with dignity and respect. Exceptional kindness and caring. I don't know about the cost because I have never gone anywhere else. Once you come here you won't ever want your pets to go anywhere else. I find they are always accommodating with my busy schedule and truly listen to what I say about my pet. They make suggestions but the choice is always mine what should be done. If you want well trained quality vets and tech's this is the place to come.

River Bend has always been our go to vet. The time and care they give each of our animals is always over the top. Our dog, who has serious health issues, is well taken care of there.
