was charged a pet fee at this hotel for a service animal! poor seervice and hotel smelled like mold! stayed at many other vhoice hotels with me service animal and have never been charged! was not notified of the fee! it just showed up on my credit card statement! called hotel many times and requested a return call from hotel! never happened! Very disappointed with this property! would not recommend staying here! not ADA friendly

This place is super quiet. This is my third night. No problems.
Everything Works.
Everything looks satisfactory.
Very quiet. No issues. No distractions.
Some stains, some furniture and carpet show some age. However, it has been cleaned and housekeeping is doing what they should be doing. Room looked cleaned upon arrival and cleaning staff has been observed.
Hot Water. Quick. Hot. Great!
Doors Lock.
Adequate Lighting.
Adequate Parking
Continental breakfast is boring, but food is decent for what it is.
Great value. I'd be happy to spend a week here again.

Loved being able to take a hot shower with good water pressure! Most hotels are barely warm with a small trickle of water. Will definitely be back!

Rooms: Extremely clean, shi (sunshine) checked us in went over everything with a fine tooth comb she was a person with a heart towards he job, customers.her hospitality was of the charts .very clean she smiled threw or check in ..such an amazing person. Shi I wish you the best your doing a great job being the new front desk lady maybe next. You will move up.goid luke keep on moving up the ladder you have the potential and heart to make it

Horrific and Traumatic experience for a Diamond member who spends over 100 nights a year at Choice Hotels. I was called at 8am this morning and told I needed to pack my things and leave the property because I had been "blacklisted". I am here for work and have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. Yet I had already checked into this hotel 3 times this week and no one told me that. Apparently I "painted the walls" of my room and "trashed it" a year ago, although no one ever told me at the time or after, and never took anything out of my deposit for that stay. I was given no proof of anything and told to leave. I was then called back (when they realized Im a rewards member who had another week already paid for) to say no, never mind its fine just come down and put a deposit down. When I did and asked for proof and names Theresa (because you bet I'm going to complain about this), I was told actually I was banned again and I needed to leave again. So now I am certain I was banned because they didnt like me. I still have no proof of anything.
I had already booked a room at another hotel, then cancelled it. because the front desk changed their mind and I was told i could stay (again prepaid in full rate already). So when they decided to change their mind (Theresa) when I asked for names to report it, I got stuck rebooking and having an even higher rate. Im here for business. I have never been banned from anything and I have no idea why this happened. It is cause for concern and honselty a legal matter of messing with my reservation like that when its a business trip with a pre approved budget.
Yes I have a MAJOR issue with this location
however i will say lwhite at the front desk didnt deserve any of this housekeeping mean girl drama. No one deserves to be kicked out of their residence with no warning
Also going through these reviews a certain local theresa really loves staying here and the staff

I totally ENJOYED my stay at this hotel. Staff was awesome. Wanna give a shout out to Larry!! He is the friendliest guy. Helpful in every way!! I will be staying here again in the future.

Thus is a great place to stay. Friendly staff especially Larry, Theresa, Sunshine, and John. They all go above and beyond for their patrons. With the free breakfast until 930am, not like other hotels which stop at 9am. They really treat you like family! I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you all for making me feel welcome and appreciated! You all are OUTSTANDING in my book!

Very upsetting, I was unable to claim my reward points and their room wasn’t the cleanest we also had a dirty fridge in our room so we weren’t willing to even use it. Not worth what was spent just to be told I wasn’t going to be able to claim it as reward points for my stay. Just go down to comfort inn they have an indoor pool better food and service for the same price.They take people's deposits for absolutely no reason, had my infant with me the sheets had just a lil mark on it and they kept $100.It washes right out smh

First time staying at this hotel location. The rooms are so dark and uninviting. The bathroom is the worst. I would not bathe in that tub/shower. It needs major improvements. Would not stay again or recommend.Rooms: Old and darkSafety: I did not feel the safest.

I am giving this 5 Star based on a motel and others of its kind. It’s a motel, not a hotel. With that disclaimer, you can’t beat the value. Quiet rooms, TV, Microwave, Refrigerator, Office Desk and mini coffee maker. Amazing water pressure in the shower and very clean. I’ll stop here again on my way through. Thanks for the great service.
