Staff is very slow, human error caused many delays. Seems like they need more training. Laziness is throughout this building. TSA is always nice and helpful.

If you're looking for a hassle-free travel experience, Quad Cities International Airport is a great option. As a midsized airport, it's rarely busy, which means you can breeze through check-in and security with ease. The airport is very quiet inside, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to wait for your flight. One of the best things about Quad Cities International Airport is the staff - they are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Additionally, getting to and from the airport is easy, with plenty of parking and convenient transportation options. The only downside is that the TSA personnel can sometimes exhibit inflated egos and power trips. Like, calm down, sir, this isn't O'Hare. Put away the taser and let the 94 year old great grandmother take her arthritis pills with her. Overall, I highly recommend Quad Cities International Airport for anyone looking for a stress-free travel experience.

Definitely one of the best hotels I've been through. Taking into account ease to get to and through and amenities it has for its size! You don't need to arrive as early since I can arrive, turn in my rental car, check my bag, make my way through security, and get to my gate in 20 minutes...easy!! They have two restaurants and two stores, one of each on both sides of security. Vending machines at the end of each "concourse". Both restaurant locations don't have big menus and a small beer and liquor selection! And the people are always friendly! Car rentals are easy and a shortish walk from the counter!!

Great airport with Security/Agents who are the friendliest we have ever met! One of the most pleasant experience we have ever experienced going through TSA Checkpoint! Airport itself is clean, well maintained. All signage are clear & updated appropriately. Announcements over the intercom are clear and audible. Pleasant background music playing. Overall, a great airport.

If you have the option between this airport and one in another city, I would choose this one. I flew out of here with United and it was the quickest and most pain free process. I did not wait in line forever with TSA, there was only one person ahead of me. Actually, they had someone help me when I approached the line to place my bags as opposed to other airports that yell while you're getting your things in line No crowding once you get past security and really easy check in too!

Small airport but that has benefits. Easy to get through security. The staff is very friendly probably the best I have seen at an airport. Not many food options but not necessarily a layover spot.

A very clean and super empty airport. The day I flew into this airport, it looked dead af. Then when I returned here to fly back, there were literally no lines at any airline company then when I get to the screening section, there were about 8 TSA officers just standing around chit chatting with their other coworkers while I was being screened. There was one gift shop to order any last second memorabilia's, beverages, and food. They have cool old school types of decorations. I arrived about an hour to the airport and cleared everything and still waited at the airport for over 30 minutes lol. Best little airport that I've ever encountered.
