Great service! I came in last week to get brakes and an alignment and the manager up front gave me a great discount and got me out the door without my checkbook taking a huge hit! Highly recommend!

Excellent place. Knowledgeable and honest. Reasonable prices for their services. During a recent visit my car needed a headlight. I heard the gentleman call the parts store for it to be delivered and ask how long it would take. He then hung up the phone and went to go pick it up himself rather than make me wait longer than he thought I should. Really great service!

Bro they changed me a 100 to just look at the car for 20 minutes and then tells me and super high price to get it fixed over a 1000 dollars for something small

I wish I would have gotten the 2 mens' names today, 6/14. They got me in immediately, had a fast turn around, were the most affordable and were legitimately all around nice guys! I will highly recommend to others and I'll definitely be back myself the next time I need mechanical repair, they'll be the first people I call! Thanks guys!

Charged me over $200 for a incompetent diagnosis and "fix". Had car towed (1st tow) to Moline location this month for NO start. Car diagnosis was performed/fuse replaced. Picked up the car that afternoon only to be stuck with NO start again that same evening. Towed back to Moline that same evening (2nd tow) as it obviously was not fixed correctly. The next day this location now informs me they don't have the technology or knowledge to correctly fix the vehicle and they suggest taking it to their Davenport location for any "electrical issues". Towed (3rd time) to CarX Davenport where the technician stated he did a complete diagnosis and that the Moline location replaced the wrong fuse. Car was finally fixed at Davenport after 3 tows between the 2 locations. I feel like the techs at Moline they just did what they could to get the car running a the moment and out the door without getting to the actual root of the problem. Now when it comes back on them, they suddenly don't have the expertise and suggest I take it to Davenport. The technicians at this location were incompetent and this is a deceptive business practice. Zack keeps telling me he approved a refund, but I haven't heard a word back from them.

They called me 5 minutes prior to my appointment to cancel it due to having no technicians. When I informed the guy on the phone that he lost my service, he hung up on me. Worst service I have ever received.

Would give ZERO stars if possible... worst service ever. Went there for an oil change and it took over 4 hours! Didn't have a oil filter for my car after it was all apart, they ordered one and the guy broke the gasket on the filter oil everywhere on the ground, got another filter-no gasket, got another one and finally fixed my car STILL had the guts to charge me for the oil change!!!! But offered me a free oil change next time... never would go there ever again

The mechanics at this location are old, tired, grizzly cats who need to retire. They have preconceived notions about certain vehicles that appear for service whilst service manuals and procedures be damned. Ryan, the "service advisor" is a lying, misguided front desk prop, well trained in the art of generating auto repair revenue. Back in 2020, my vehicle left the shop following $3,800 in "repairs." By the time I got back to Galesburg my car was leaking oil from untighted pan bolts; 3 months later the starter they put in went bad. Gasket seals, forget about it. I can go on and on. Yes, I have the paperwork from 2020 and I have subsequent paperwork showing follow-up repairs and/or replacement for their shoddy, tired workmanship over the last 3 years. Available on request. I guess they saw me coming. "hee hee.... we got one." Mawfockas. I will bad mouth them inadfinitim. Beware people.

It was my first visit here. I had a coupon for a road ready check-up. $139.99, and they did a great job with everything and informed me I needed brakes and rotars. Wasn't something I was prepared for, but ok'd the work. I hadn't expected to be there for additional work and had medication I needed to take but needed food. One of the employees offered to go a couple blocks away and grab me a cheeseburger so I could take my blood thinner. I wanted to pay him, but he graciously refused. I will probably call them because after leaving, my car was pulling left and previously went straight down the highway. They rotated my tires, so it is possibly a tire issue. I am certain whatever it is, they'll make it right. All the employees were very friendly and the place was well kept.I highly recommend Carx if you need any work done that is within their realm of expertise.

I live in Florida and I am here in IL and got a screw in a tire and called to tire shops near me ,did not know that tire shops here you have to make an appointment for service, but QC got me in and out in 30mins .as for all others wanted me to make an appointment and maybe get to it Monday today is Friday and it's just a screw.Service: Tires

The mark up prices are too high. I ended up paying 150$ more for the solinoid which they brought from NAPA for 39$Service: Auto engine diagnostic
