I recently needed to have my Pfaff machine cleaned and tuned up. It was skipping stitches and not sewing well. I hadn't had it cleaned for over 10 years since I bought it! Pound and inch got it tuned up and running so well! It was faster than other shops I called, cheaper than other shops, and they were willing to come in even when they were closed so I could pick up my machine before the holiday! I had to drive about 2 hours to their shop so I was very grateful they were willing to be so flexible! The shop owner even saved some fabric with dogs on it for me because she knew we had that breed of dog. Fantastic service all around and such a friendly experience. So grateful to have my machine up and running. I will definitely make the trek in the future for cleanings and repairs.

Excellent place to buy quilt fabric and get sewing tips; they are a Pfaff dealer, too. Very knowledgeable.

Have been there many times to either buy or sell fabrics. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wide variety of fabrics that I have never seen before and the quality is very good. Lots of sewing tips and advise too. I highly recommend to all my sewing friends to visit this shop. Hopefully when the pandemic improves shopping experiences, the hours will go back to normal. Just be patient.

I was very disappointed when I went to the store in June. I was told the "punches" I had accumulated went back to "0" and I had to start all over. I had faithfully went to store for 8 months to get those punches! The store is even out of town for me. I do not feel that this is fair and I will not going to the store as faithfully as I had been doing previously; maybe only once or twice a year, if that.

Hard to find, Saturday hours short arrived near closing and they were locking up early. Asked if I wanted to shop instead of inviting me in the store woman reported that her dau ch ter owned the shop... in this day and age of closing brick and mortar stores I was shocked I was not invited in to spend money. Out of towner... so I won't be back, had wanted to purchase a pfaff embroidery machine.

I stop in there often. Purchased a machine from them which I love . I just took a different machine in to be cleaned. Wow is lol I can say very fast and he machine sews like a dream! Thanks
