Planet Fitness is a nice facility to come and exercise. It is a very good gym with a clean atmosphere and a relaxed and friendly vibe. The gym smells clean and everyone is mindful wiping down equipment. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and attentive to the facility. The management works really hard to ensure a clean facility with machines in good working condition, bringing the workout experience to a whole new level with a refreshing level of professionalism. The staff are described as perfect, warm, accepting, and very nice, with an upbeat attitude that appeals to all age levels. However, there are some concerns. The gym does not stay open 24 hours a day, seven days a week like some other locations, and its changing open and close times can be confusing. A past incident was noted where a staff member was harsh and rude to guests at closing time, making an inappropriate and concerning remark about a member with a disability. This was in contrast to the general welcoming and helpful environment provided by the team.
Red light machine is missing half the power, strength, because the bulbs are burnt out. And have been for the last 7 weeks.

The worker their are perfect but their is young balck gentleman they over work him alotttttt like his always their on the weekends but even though he going through that he very very nice to me

Friendly staff, clean atmosphere. Everyone is mindful wiping down equipment. I would recommend this planet fitness to all my friends
