Second time in 6 months been to this location. BOTH times same scenario. My daughter had a gift card and our betta just died so came here the other day to look for a new fish. The regular aquariums had a few dead fish in them, 2 the lights were not working, 1 had noticeably dirty water. Just shook our heads and left. At the time, there was a very small selection of bettas and I think one was dead. Will try the Petco on Elmore and hopefully not the same.

I scheduled vaccination appts for my three cats. Followed the directions, confirmed the appt though email, text, checked in via text when I got there. After my first appt time came and went and still no response, I walked in with my cat and was told to go stand in line for the vet. After joining the line and waiting, I called my spouse in the car and said bring the other two cats, since they were having everybody get in line. After standing in line (and speaking with multiple employees) we were told by the lady checking people in that we were supposed to go wait in our car until we got the text. “It’s just like the drs office - you set the appt, but there’s no guarantee that you’ll get in at your scheduled time.” My first appt was scheduled at 1:05, (I received my check-in confirmation text at 1:15), it was about 2 when we started handing the cats over to the vet and the asst. The clinic is set up near the registers, out in the open. They were unable to give my cat a microchip due to the fear that she was upset and was going to slip away.\\nTL;DR- your appt time is a joke, stay in your car until they text you (no matter how long it takes), the “clinic” is out in the open. Would not recommend for cat parents.

UPDATE: So about a week ago, I had gotten a guinea pig from you guys, and not even 3 days in, she was gone (she died). Is there any possible way I could get my money back, or what could I do? I was at Petco yesterday (not today lol). It was an awesome experience. They were so nice and understanding.

My Elsa and I love the Moline Petco! My only request, and it is an odd one, is that you carry more purple tennis balls. Seriously. For some reason that is the only color Elsa like to play with and it is very hit and miss and I have either had to order on the website and pay shipping or go over to Davenport.

Absolutely wonderful company! I went to petco with a lot of wet food that I needed to exchange. My cat was diagnosed with pancreatitis and had to change style of food unexpectedly. When I went into Petco I did not have the receipt since I was not expecting to change food. The gentleman who helped me was beyond understanding and allowed me to exchange the food out no questions asked. He genuinely cared and asked if I had any questions on the vet recommended food. Thank you so much for this wonderful interaction in what could have been a much worse experience.

It was incredibly dirty- the fish tanks looked like they have never been cleaned. There were buckets of crickets on the floor with no lid and the bugs were getting everywhere. Everything was overpriced. Go to Pet smart instead

This place is like family to my fury nearly 16 year old beagle who's been comming to both Quadcity locations for years. They welcome her with open arms and paws. Abbie's later years have been very challenging with eye surgery, eventually losing 1 and most recently cancer. The great team here rolls the welcome mat out everytime and extends her life everytime she's in. That's just the gang being "them" and doesn't even include their extensive knowledge they offer or the smile each and every member wears on a daily basis. This is home!
