No help what's so ever they sit in the back doing hair while you're just standing at the register waiting and waiting. You have to call someone to help you. The owner does not know anything about her products but will tell you it's a good product. Her pricing is over the top. She finally got rid of the rude teenager who was working the register. My mother used to go and constantly and waiste money at this place. You will be better off buying online. The hair she sells is terrible. The human hair sheds really bad. Her pricing for all human hair is for someone who doesn't know any better.

Prices are too high the human hair quality is horrible. I've been doing hair over 30 years and never been to a beauty supplier that have as much bad quality products. I sent my niece to the owner to get a sew in and she messed hey hair up. Do not buy any loc hair or the locs from her. She will tell you the product is good but when you ask her again after finding out it's not she will tell you she didn't say anything she doesn't know. I bought supposedly loc hair that was 16in its just one big ball of little nappy pieces of hair no inches. Go anywhere else do not go to pendisse. Go to Ms Brimanis or Shades of beauty if you want truth about the products and quality.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but this is the second time they had a teenager at the front counter. Not paying attention to what she’s doing and just talking on the phone instead of providing customer service… I literally told her what inch I wanted and I got home and realized she gave me the wrong inches. Just hire someone for the front desk and not a 14-15 year old that clearly doesn’t care. I’ve been coming here since ave of the cities. Now the store is closed and I’m forced to go to another store due to a mistake that could’ve been avoid if the little girl was paying attention!!!

I just left here. And this store is amazing. I have been here a year and couldn't find a store with quality products for loc care. This store has it all. The customer service was awesome they were very helpful. The store is very very clean and well put together. All the products are together for different needs. I will definitely be making this my go to store.

We were greeted upon entry and asked multiple times if we needed assistance. Business was neat and clean. I love that they are more accessible than other stores when they are closed.

I wanted my hair done due to reviews contacted them and sent a picture of how I wanted my hair, the lady said she could do a first row and then we can decide on size and then I will know my price. Never have I ever had someone tell me this. Now I believe the lady who said she got to the register and was charged a different price. This is not professional in my eyes.

So someone stole my debit card and went here and used my debit card for almost 200$. When I tried to contact this place of business I didn’t get a response. So I call back and someone told me they can’t give me a refund
