Hours listed for operation are wrong. They don't open till 7 on Saturday and closed Sundays. You should update your hours in Google so I don't have to do it for you.

No longer Metro Lab. Now Lab core. Patient has to do all cards, driver license both sides, insurance both sides, answer questions and all on computer. Not going back!

Always a good experience at Metro Medical Lab on 7th St in Moline. Nice, friendly professional staff. Wait time minimal. Blood draw quick, easy and painless.

The personnel in this lab are not communicators. They seem sullen and like to avoid people.

I got a letter a month after they sent a bill. I didn't get or it got misplaced. Anyways they letter was threatening to send me to collections for 20.00 I asked them why they just didn't call me. They said they don't have time. They were very snotty about it.

Lazy and unfriendly staff. I was not given a card or number to be notified of results. My doctor's office has a call que for incoming calls and Metrolab did not want to wait for their call to be connected with nurse. When I called for my results after 2 hours of it being drawn they said it hasn't even been an hour since it was done. When I told them it was a couple hours they then said that they did in fact have the results but could not reach the doctor. I had to drive back to the lab to get the results because the doctors office had already closed. I asked for my results and they proceeded to tell me that my results were not in and would have to wait to hear from my doctor. I then told them at the desk that I had already spoken with someone from the lab over the phone that had told me the results were already in.

Quick and convenient place to go for tests. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait (10-15min) if you arrive during their busy times, but they are organized and the staff is friendly and professional.

I come to Metropolitan Medical Laboratory a couple of times a month for blood tests. The staff at Metro Lab are always friendly and efficient and have done a great job communicating results with my doctor in Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm uninsured, but it isn't a big issue because the cost of an INR is very reasonable at Metro Lab. I'll continue patronizing this business for as long as I'm in town!

Had to do a urine screening on our newborn daughter. The sample was supposed to be sent to Mayo and they sent the first sample to the wrong lab so we were asked to repeat the test. After a few phone calls I was assured the second sample would be sent to Mayo. Two days later they called us back to inform us that they did not get the urine frozen in time and would need a third sample. So my wife and I have spent another night trying to collect urine from a 3 week old. The mistakes they have made are unacceptable. Collecting urine from a newborn is trying on both the parents and baby. The larger issue is that these mistakes have delayed us getting results and taking action if there is a problem with our baby girl. Hoping and praying they won't screw this up once again!
