Never been that thrilled with Mediacom for their service or pricing but today has been the worst!!! There was a guy from Mediacom outside climbing the pole by my house. My TV was fine before he came and now have no TV service. Have been dealing with all this for over an hour and half now and they are saying sorry we can't get anyone there til the 10th!!!!! SOOOOOO POOR SERVICE!!!!!

HORRIBLE! The internet goes out so often that we have to reboot our security system every time we want to arm because it disconnects multiple times during the day! And not to mention that we NEVER can make it through a whole freakin movie because no matter what streaming service we’re on it will freeze and to finish the movie we have to get completely out of the app, wait for the internet to reconnect and then get back on the app and don’t even try to stream during the day while someone is working from home because you’ll never be able to watch anything at the same time. Such a waste of money, absolutely hate this service!

Mediacom is unreliable do not get them, go with someone else. Internet just randomly shuts off at random times and doesn't come back on for a while. Then when we call them all they say is theres nothing showing on our end when I have no Internet access at that time, seems like their own staff don't know what they're doing.

Long story short, we are cancelling their service after a bad interaction and the mediacom rep on the phone told us to drop off their modem at their location by the Whiteys factory and “grab me an ice cream cone on the way out”. And they wonder why they have such a bad rep…

I couldn't wait for Metro net to come into my area.... Media com is over priced for the constant headache that Media com connections... But I also found out why the connections are so lousy.... It's because we all share internet with all our neighbor and neighborhood friends even though we have our own password but still sharing the lines on connection.... Metro net u have ur own line and a privet connection for ur own account....

Constant problems with this company and their LACK OF services. Internet is always down, always an issue, bill is $140 for INTERNET that never works properly!! Absolutely ridiculous I do not recommend this company or this internet.

If I fulfilled contracts like this company I would be in jail. I pay for services not your company's dream of the service. Why do I pay full price but do not have full service. Right now I have been without service for 3days and the last year has been steady intermittent daily fights for said service.

Line came off pole. Stuck in bushes next door. Guy wants to clean up his yard but doesnt want to cut line. I call mediacomThey say 5 days then 10-30 then tell me to hire someone if i need it done quick. Guy mad at me about mediacom line and has guys hired to clean today. Very rude staff

What can I say other than the fact that the company has the worst customer service ever. Stop making people go to stores to deal with rude crew members. Also stop transferring people to the medical alert center for no reason. These people are scammers and don't listen to you when you talk. What a weird bunch.

Disorganized, poor communication, horrible customer service, and great at wasting your time. If our internet didn't generally work at close to the speed we paid for I'd have issues giving a single star. We spent the first few months having them charge us for our previous home and new house despite cancelling service before moving and numerous attempts to correct it. At least their computer programs are smart enough to keep refunding us for one location.Today we received a letter a door hanger was left on our door and if we did not make an appointment for repairing some unstated issue they would stop service. Nothing was on our door. Prior to receiving the letter they called and said a technician was coming out to replace a line and they would give us a 20 min warning. Someone showed up with no warning and no idea why they had been sent to our house. My husband repeated what little he'd been told about a signal leak and line needing replaced. Having no other information the line going to our house was replaced. There is no date on this letter so we have no idea if the issue was fixed or we are still at risk of losing our internet service randomly when my husband works a tech job from home and needs daily high speed internet to accomplish his job.Maybe they just need to let a computer system handle things more since their employees apparently can't understand the simplist parts of their job. They can't even keep their own technicians informed.

Internet goes out daily. Had a technician come out a few weeks ago, and the problem is still happening. Strongly suggest another internet provider.
