This organization is first class, everyone I interacted with could not have been nicer and were extremely professional. I had to have my car towed there off the expressway to be serviced and they were so nice. Drew in service was a rockstar and he and his team took care of me, kept me in the loop and handle all aspects of needs. 5 Star does not do them justice if I could add more I would.

Only went to for oil changes in the beginning. Was told my car needed some repairs. So decided to let them do the repairs & that was my mistakeI wasn’t told my car would have to be kept over night but said ok dealt with that issueThe next day which is today called to get an update on my car & couldn’t talk to anyone directly in the auto shopAfter frustration & 4 calls to the shop I drove to moline to get an update in personNow that I’ve arrived the manager is now stating he just tried calling me to say my car is ready after over 30+ hours later!!But after that he tells me that now my front struts need repairing but just a few weeks prior I paid them diagnostic fee to find a noise on my vehicle they said it was my back absorbers nothing about the frontSo I go check my my car out look around it get down on the ground look underneath & notice a tool wrench something is still attached to my car!!!So now I’m livid & a salesman comes & ask if he can help meI say no unless you’re the GM he becomes upset & acts as if he wants to put hands on meI tell him to go back n his office because he can’t help meAfter all this I still get no apologies from Anyone not one staff member instead attitude’s as if I’m not a customer paying for my serviceA female with 80s glasses needs to find a new job because her customer service skills are horribleThey offered no discount for they’re negligence & on top of that I still had to leave my car because I waited to pay for my repairs after over 45 mins no one assisted me So I had to leave it to get my kids from school.Never ever will McLaughlin be referred by me… customer service sucks there

It's nice to know that friendly dealers still exist!Dan - probably the friendliest Sales Consultant we have ever met. Very responsive, easy to negotiate with, and honest.Mike from Finance, honest and friendly as well.We negotiated the deal online and drive ~3 hours to pick up car. We knew exactly the condition of the car (thanks to Dan’s great communication and tons of requested pictures sent). While at the dealer, no one tried to take advantage of us, throw hidden fees, try to upsell anything we didn’t want or need. There were zero surprises; completely hassle-less experience. In the past, we’ve bought dozen of cars other dealers (even high-end ones like Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, Lexus, Infiniti, and others) and we’ve never walked out with similar experience as from McLaughlin Volvo. Big thanks!

I own a 2003, 2005 and 2007 volvo xc90, very reliable cars, I have gone to McLaughlin to the parts department asking for parts #'s to keep my cars on top of the line, every time guys working there have been very helpful, hopefully they keep doing an excellent job.

Well, y'all listen up 'cause my buddy used to work over there, and let me tell you, they hire some darn mechanics who ain't worth their salt. They take them lube techs, who are supposed to do simple oil changes, and put 'em to work on major repairs that they ain't trained for. And then they have the audacity to gripe about the quality of work! I swear on my hat, I'll never take my ride there for repairs after hearing 'bout all them horror stories. If y'all feel like ruining your car's interior with grease and breakin' the engine or transmission just from a routine oil change, then be my guest and check 'em out.

Normally great, service had a few hiccups this time. Think it was a new tech person. Couldn't get tailgate fixed because "tech didn't know how to fix it." Parts on order for something else, so I will have to go back anyway.
