Scam scam scam. Dudes tried to sell my wife a battery at $500 back in the spring time. I was unable to find a battery at that price online. Average was like $200. We declined. Fast forward to today, I need to schedule routine mileage service again and I’m going elsewhere. I look at my previous history and see they have written “DECLINED RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE” and no description. Are they trying to mess with my warranty out of spite or something? I will be escalating this to Subaru corporate.

Requested a callback for a 2023 WRX never got it, so I decided to contact Uftring Subaru in East Peoria and manager to get in and get my new car. Scheduled an oil change showed up, door was locked with no one at the desk... I guess these guys just really don't want my money.

Decent dealer. Just be wary on service. I had a battery replaced here that went bad shortly after. I had to replace it when it was -12 outside and they wouldn't warranty it because I didn't have the one that went bad. Considering the 36 month battery lasted about 4, I'd be careful on what services you have done here.

On my last visit to McLaughlin Subaru, I came in without an appointment with a tailgate that would not open. My husband's wheelchair was back there. They took care of the problem immediately and very quickly with no charge. I was out in less than 15 minutes. Thanks guys !!

I was a bit picky. Joshua was great to work with, listened, and updated me when new inventory arrived (multiple times). I appreciated that if he was busy his colleagues would pitch in with any and all requests.

This is my first time buying from McLaughlin Subaru. I wasn't excited to get a new car, but events made it necessary. The process was quick and easy and somehow they even found a year-old model in the color I really wanted. This is my second Subaru and we are still driving the first one.
Joshua was great to work with and Lou in financing made everything quick and easy. Thanks a bunch for the new Subi - it's been a really nice drive!
