They took care of an AppleCare repair for me. The product was sent to Apple due to the kind of repair needed. Apple did not repair my laptop properly and I contacted MainstreamUSA right away. They had me bring my laptop back to them and went out of their way to provide amazing customer service in order to correct Apple's mistake. I now have a fully functioning laptop and they were also wonderful to accommodate me as I had to drive a distance in order to drop off and pick up my laptop each time. I highly recommend them for their amazing customer service!

I was recommended MainstreamUSA by Apple, the gentleman here was very nice. Unfortunately my computer couldn't get fixed due to the damage but Mainstream was quick to look over my computer and get it back to me.

They were very accommodating for my schedule and fixed it my screen so fast. Their parts also come in pretty fast too. They kept me updated the whole process. It was a very nice experience which is saying a lot since I accidentally broke my screen. It was covered under Apple Care and they were able to pull up and quote me from that pricing. I hope don't break my Mac again but if I do I'm not worried about where to go. Thanks for your awesome service.

I recently had the pleasure of using Mainstream USA's services to fix the screen on my MacBook. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by Brian, the technician who would be handling my repair. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease right away. He listened attentively as I explained the issue with my MacBook and assured me that he would do everything in his power to get it fixed as quickly as possible.True to his word, Brian got to work on my MacBook immediately. He carefully removed the damaged screen and replaced it with a brand new one in record time. Within just a few short hours, my MacBook was good as new.But Brian's excellent work didn't stop there. He took the time to thoroughly test my laptop to ensure that everything was working properly and that there were no lingering issues.I was extremely impressed with the speed and quality of the service I received at Mainstream USA. Brian went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the repair, and I left the store feeling confident that my MacBook was in the best hands.Overall, I highly recommend Mainstream USA for anyone in need of computer repair services. I’m so grateful for Miss Marla she just made my day. I’m a Master Chef and a couple weeks ago my grandson was home while I was working. No one knows what happened but my iPad was dropped and when I returned home I couldn’t turn it back on. My son was taken away at 23 years old and all of his pictures last text messages where locked on my device. Today this Angel called me and walked me through how to reset my iPad and create a new access button. Marla walked me through the steps over the phone I’m so happy and extremely thankful for her kindness. She’s so amazing and she deserves 10 million stars for being a superstar. I didn’t have a warranty anymore but she helped me fix it anyway. this is definitely the best place in the world please support her I didn’t even get charged for her assistance. Mainstream has been serving my business and family for several years now. Brian and the staff are expert, helpful and accommodating. In addition to having a very high level of attention to detail, I have found that they consistently go above and beyond to ensure our devices are in top condition, while offering reasonable pricing. Mainstream offers options and suggestions that are practical, and doesn't try to oversell. I am always confident they are looking out for me as the customer. We would not take our equipment anywhere else for service. Highly recommended.

I was able to get an appointment the same day my phone started having issues. Their website had clear instructions with what they needed me to do prior to my appointment (they are still following Covid-19 protocols as of 5/22) and when called to confirm my appointment she was patient, thorough, and clear. My phone was fixed that same day and I appreciated her communicating what was wrong with my phone and what they needed to do to fix it. 5/5 from me and will definitely be using and recommending this business for future technological issues!

Just fired up my iMac that I've had sitting around for a few years. I had Mainstream USA take a look at it, due to the good reviews. She fired right up and works like a champ. Here's the kicker to the story. I took it to the place that is suppose to have the best buys and they have some geeks in a squad, about 4 years ago and they had it for a weeks. They had to even send it off to their service hub to look at it. They couldn't get it to fire up past the Apple logo, just like myself. I had tried every trick that I could find online. I figured since they couldn't fix it, that it was dead. I stumbled upon Mainstream USA last week and decided to give them a shot. I am so glad I did. I dropped it off on a Monday. They are very COVID safe, by the way. They called me later the next day and said it was ready for pick up!! That is great customer service and their prices seemed very reasonable. If you own any Apple products I would highly recommend Mainstream USA.

Mainstream USA exceeded our expectations some problems occurred during the repair they were honest and notified us right away of the issues and offered solutions. They did an excellent job we will be using them for any future repairs.

Great experience! MacBook Pro had liquid damage from one of my kids. I took it in, they sent it to apple to be repaired and I received it back promptly. Every step of the way they kept me informed of the progress. Great place!
