I had a broken seal. And they let me leave the car over night so my tow guy could get it the next day. Nice people, gave me water while I waited for my ride.

half the "services" I was supposed to be able to get included in the cost of the oil change weren't available due to equipment issues", was not given a date to return to have those services
have had MUCH better experience with other locations, this was a BIG disappointment

They didn’t have a filter in all 3 spots in my area and sent me to them where they didn’t have one after driving there. They charged me a 5$ service charge so not sure what that was for since I had to go buy my own oil filter.

When one location didn’t have the correct oil filter… they offered and found a nearby location that did have it and stock… and that location was prepared when I got there…. Thanks for taking the extra steps and effort!!!
