Gentlemen finished oil change all seemed good until next day when oil was on floor of garage under car at least half a quart took back and told person who did the oil change he went under car and immediately got his manager in charge. Manager told me plug that they put in was leaking I asked how they could not notice that when it was changed he said he had no idea and it should have in the meantime the original person that did oil change decided he was leaving so manager redid whole oil change and offered me 50% off next visit I asked for some off the previous oil change and was told he could not do that. I told him there was no way I would be back there my car could have been ruined he said he understood but offered nothing else in the meantime his help he had there at the time we're arguing about attitudes he had to tell them to cut it out. Used to be good oil change shop but guess times have changed don't go to one by Target in Moline if you care about your car

One too many red flags. Employees smoking weed. One employee mistakenly thought I was too early for an oil change, good for him for telling me, but the manager came over and told him to change it anyway. I had my oil changed on the day that Microsoft had that global blackout and didn't get an invoice that day so I didn't know exactly what my mileage was to be for the next oil change. I went in 6 weeks later to get an invoice and an oil change if need be but they wouldn't look it up until I gave them my mileage. I'm sure it was so they could manipulate the mileage. They have never asked for my mileage before they started an oil change in the past. I went to different location and they told me they couldn't look it up in their system. I know that bs because I use different locations and they always been able to see when my last oil change was. So in their attempt to scam me I won't ever be using them again.
