This use to be one of my favorite stores. Unless I just went on an off day, it's slowly slipping down hill. I need handles for a cabinet and had a hard time finding anything that could work. I needed something with 1.75" between the already fixed openings they had nothing. I tried to find anyone to help me but only saw 2 people working and they were busy talking to help(even tho I said (excuse me 3xs and I'm not a quiet person). So I just settled on something I thought might work and checked out. I asked the cashier if they had handles and knows somewhere else but he could not say yes or no(maybe a new employee). Needless to say my item didn't work and I waisted $20. I mail ordered something else, I'll think awhile before I go back. Sorry Lowes what happened to my favorite place?

The Garden Center/Management allows their plants to bake in the sun with no water. All the tomatoes and peppers were dead when I was there earlier this spring and today all the hydrangeas were dry as concrete and completely dead. All of them. What a shame.

This is a great store to shop in for low prices. I keep coming back here for special pricing on new appliances for the house. If you have the credit card you get back 5% on all purchases. Recently, they just started the new rewards program as well. Great pricing on appliances. They have the new washing machine/dryer that is an all-in-one machine and I thought it was pretty impressive as well.

Got just about everything but had no handles with 1.75between screw holes and couldn't find anyone to help and cashier was no help either

I’m in shock I’m a true loyal Lowes customer from the beginning to the end of time. But Moline Illinois Garden Center needs people ASAP watering like crazy. Everything is dying it’s horrible. Thousands of $$$$$$$$$$ Dead!!!! Elmore store garden center has several people watering been there several times and plants are thriving. I hate to see this happening and at my favorite Store!!!!!?????????????????

First they disregard my work schedule for delivery times. I had to take off work to receive my item. Then they came with a damaged unit. Then they said they'd bring a different one the next day, vso I had to leave work again to receive my item. I walked an hour for them after they had said I was next for delivery. They came while I was there, but they didn't call to tell me they were there, and they didn't ring the doorbell. They knocked. I got a call stating that they need to reschedule the delivery because no one was home. I was there. I had my phone in my hand. They didn't call. I am very frustrated now. Are they going to ask me to take a third day of work to get my item???

We bought five mirrors and had them shipped. Two were broken. We returned them with no problem and the young lady was very helpful and polite.

Store was dismally quiet with about 4 employees to each customer. Store is kept relatively clean and they have a great selection of top quality power tools. I was asked about 7 times if I needed help as I walked through the store. I would shop Lowes more often, but for some reason can't pay my Lowes Pro card bill online, so I don't use the credit because I don't like having to mail them a check. Prices are slightly higher than Menards, but its not a bad store.

Don't shop here their delivery is a joke they have screwed up every step of the way their customer service is incompetent was told 6 different times my appliances were coming then not coming
