+Family owned business that's been there long time. Gave me an estimate and explained what needed to be done. I thought I had bad scratches on the passenger side, but she was able to use rubbing out compoundqq+ to remove what was actually surface dirt. She explained that the paint wasn't disturbed so the car wouldn't rust. Ordering the side mirror which could arrive in less than a week. Very happy.

My truck frame needed major repairs and the folks at Lambert's were very helpful in resolving my issues the next day. Excellent quality and was treated professionally the entire time. Highly recommended and will bring my future vehicle needs to Lambert's.

I am in need of body repair on my vehicle but I will never go here. The lady in the office is always harassing my the residence in the neighborhood around the shop if they park too close to the entrance of their parking lot. Every time I've gone to my moms house to visit, I've been greeted by an unpleasant lady asking me to not park my car on a public road because it's too close for her liking. Maybe you should be sure to use the alley entrance so the residence in the area don't bother you.

Quality of work was good...had a strong paint smell for over a week.....customer service was horrible the front desk lady was never nice to talk to when told about the paint smell she told us there aint anything she could do and that we need to put in a air freshner...im writing this for a friend that had the work done because i was with when we went to tell her about the smell and i could not believe how she treated my friend that is elderly...again the work done was good and its what my friend expected..
