The Moline Kohls is great! We had help from a sales associate who helped us save $65! I can't remember the associates name. She was using crutches and had a knee brace on. I was in a wheelchair due to a huge Lupus flare and was exhausted. She was so accommodating and friendly. I lost my receipt so I can't tell you her name. Oh wait! Her name is Etta!

I despise self check-out and now you have them. That is not customer service - that is me, waiting in line with everyone else that hates self check-out because you only have 3 people working the registers. Bad move Kohl's.

Kohls has excellent customer service at the Moline , Illinois store. Kaitlyn was super friendly and helpful .

Melina at Khols checkout was very kind. She was helpful and the return process was very smooth. Of course, I purchased some items in the "don't miss these great deals" walk to the checkout. And discovered I had $20 in Kohl bucks. Thank you Melina! I love Kohls!

What a great place to shop. Very friendly workers and thank Jennifer for a lovely gift from Sephora. The store looks fantastic, very bright and clean. Love all the changes.

Has an Amazon return station, which is handy. Also gives Kohls discount coupons when you do an Amazon return.
