They did 18k of work on my van. Put a new motor and transmission in. They had my van for 3 months and didn't give me a loaner till the week before it was done. I got it back and noticed it sounded load. Then first hot day the ac didn't work took it back and tried charging me 900 to fix the cross over pipe that they must of put a hole in and tried charging me 180 to refill the freon that they drained when they replaced the motor. What a joke. Go somewhere else

Went to Key “just looking” and our salesman Randy was amazing from the moment we met. Showed us the CX3 and the CX5 and explained all the features and differences. Answered all our questions and my sister and I left purchasing matching CX5’s and we couldn’t be happier! Best decision ever. Had been to other dealerships and can honestly say Key Auto Mall treats you like family. Honesty, integrity and respect given every step of the way. Would recommend to everyone! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone gets a little scared when going to a dealership to get a vehicle. They don't want to feel the pressure or feel like they're paying too much for a vehicle. In my experience I didn't have that by any means. They actually beat another dealership on the interest rate by 9 points. To me that's significant considering my credit. Definitely recommend these guys! They treat you very well!!
