We had a great experience at Key Auto Mall and with the sales person Mason! Being involved in an accident and losing your vehicle right before the holidays is stressful, but the process of buying a car here was not. I met with several people from multiple different dealerships over the last two weeks and Mason was the least pushy and nicest sales guy I encountered. We also got a great deal with an awesome warranty and the finance guy Dave was very nice as well. They even detailed the car again & filled the tank for us before we left the lot. Just an overall great experience! Thanks!

Service dept (manager and side kick ) are the most arrogant people, they love using words that if used in certain context are offensive but easily covered up and fixed, I was there this past Thursday 10/6/25 I was outside and I noticed what looked like a technician loading his box up. I watched that poor fellow struggle to get his box into a trailer all the while Technicians watched and you could see them giggling. I mentioned something and got the response. That’s the treatment you get when you do us wrong is what I was told by an employee . I’m not gonna leave my name. I don’t wanna compromise my vehicle or the quality of the service I do get but I do over here how they talk about people. And this is not the first time I think it’s very unprofessional how they speak about one another I will say me and my spouse have bought many cars and after I speak to my spouse about what I Witnessed that day, we will be moving to a different dealership to purchase cars
