Excellent, free opportunity that is not just for the kiddos. We primarily visited for my 5 year old who loves all things John Deere. We quickly found out that even adults and teenagers can have some fun. Great up-close and personal experience of extremely expensive equipment. We were able to climb into a few of the displays and had a great time. Then we went next door for a little shopping. A great time was had by my party of 3.Visited in October.

"I had the privilege of being associated with JD as a supplier, and my recent visit to JD Pavilion in Moline was nothing short of spectacular. The experience was surreal. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall atmosphere and the attention to detail. JD truly knows how to make a lasting impression. I highly recommend JD Pavilion for any event or business collaboration. A 5-star experience all the way!"

Nice way to see some huge and antique farm equipment up close. It would be nice to see a little more history of the company and information about equipment. The facility itself is very nice. There is limited parking on the SE side of the building or 2-hour street parking on nearby streets.Park a couple blocks SE on 5th Ave like we did. You can see the pavilion and then stop for something to eat near your car before heading off.

Great place, nice to see old and new equipment. Can also sit in a couple of pieces of equipment. The only thing that would be nice is a big parking sign. Drove right by knowing I couldn't park out front. When I tried to circle around back, the street behind it turned out to be a way one that leads you away from the pavilion. Took in extra 5 minutes with stop lights and such to get to the parking lot on the backside of the building. Which is still confusing because it looks like it is only parking for the steakhouse.

Great place to see if you are in Davenport Iowa or Moline Illinois. Do host private events and have public visiting hours.

4 stars—The large equipment was amazing, and the fact our grandsons could climb on those pieces was definitely a hit. We did not research enough as we expected more information from when JD left Grand Detour after building his plows and moved to Moline. We had planned for a full afternoon but did not need near that much time. The facilities and employees were wonderful! We would highly recommend that those interested in John Deere visit the historical site in Grand Detour. It was amazing, and our grandsons loved the visit with the blacksmith.

Super cool place. The pavilion isn’t huge but there are lots of tractors that were interesting to see so close up. You were also able to go in a couple of the tractors which was also a very cool experience. There was a little section towards the back that had a light up wall that was super informational. Overall extremely impressed with this pavilion and would highly recommend for anyone. Even as someone who has no interest in tractors, this was a good experience.

The John Deere Pavilion is such a great community resource! Kids love to pretend to drive the different tractors, and adults can learn all about the history of John Deere and the high tech improvements the company has made through the years. There’s hands-on and traditional exhibits - so there’s something for everyone! Definitely worth a visit when visiting the Quad Cities!

Nice historical tractors, heavy equipment and even a snowmobile. Everyone should have a front track combine with a 16,18 or 24 row head!

Interactive and informative fun for everyone! Where else do you get to climb on farm machinery and not get dirty?

The John Deere Pavilion and store is a neat place to stop that both adults and kids will enjoy. There are a number of different models visitors can climb up into for a unique perspective. There are also some old tractors on display from John Deere’s early days that are interesting to compare to the modern day machines used today. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the store was well stocked with a lot of John Deere merchandise, including clothing, home decor, pet supplies, outdoor equipment, and more.
