One of the highlights of our 12-day road trip along the Great River Road. We're East Coast city slickers and found this exhibit absolutely fascinating. There's a nice combination of antique and state-of-the-art farm equipment plus some toys, all with very helpful signs. The staffers were great about answering our questions. You can sit in many of the pieces of equipment currently for sale, including a combine that retails for $1.4 million. Highly recommended. Note that parking adjacent to the pavilion is very limited.

Excellent, free opportunity that is not just for the kiddos. We primarily visited for my 5 year old who loves all things John Deere. We quickly found out that even adults and teenagers can have some fun. Great up-close and personal experience of extremely expensive equipment. We were able to climb into a few of the displays and had a great time. Then we went next door for a little shopping. A great time was had by my party of 3.Visited in October.

"I had the privilege of being associated with JD as a supplier, and my recent visit to JD Pavilion in Moline was nothing short of spectacular. The experience was surreal. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall atmosphere and the attention to detail. JD truly knows how to make a lasting impression. I highly recommend JD Pavilion for any event or business collaboration. A 5-star experience all the way!"

Nice way to see some huge and antique farm equipment up close. It would be nice to see a little more history of the company and information about equipment. The facility itself is very nice. There is limited parking on the SE side of the building or 2-hour street parking on nearby streets.Park a couple blocks SE on 5th Ave like we did. You can see the pavilion and then stop for something to eat near your car before heading off.

Great place, nice to see old and new equipment. Can also sit in a couple of pieces of equipment. The only thing that would be nice is a big parking sign. Drove right by knowing I couldn't park out front. When I tried to circle around back, the street behind it turned out to be a way one that leads you away from the pavilion. Took in extra 5 minutes with stop lights and such to get to the parking lot on the backside of the building. Which is still confusing because it looks like it is only parking for the steakhouse.

Great place to see if you are in Davenport Iowa or Moline Illinois. Do host private events and have public visiting hours.

4 stars—The large equipment was amazing, and the fact our grandsons could climb on those pieces was definitely a hit. We did not research enough as we expected more information from when JD left Grand Detour after building his plows and moved to Moline. We had planned for a full afternoon but did not need near that much time. The facilities and employees were wonderful! We would highly recommend that those interested in John Deere visit the historical site in Grand Detour. It was amazing, and our grandsons loved the visit with the blacksmith.
