Jewel-Osco is a full-service grocery store with a friendly team that provides great customer service and actual help in every aisle. The store offers good products all around, featuring a butcher block with an assortment of meat and seafood, a produce department, and a bakery with birthday cakes and cupcakes. The deli offers a variety of party trays and platters, though some customers report inconsistent service. The pharmacy provides immunizations and prescription refills. Services include Grocery Delivery, DriveUp & Go™, and an Order Ahead option for bakery and deli items. The store is also noted as the best place to get Fannie May chocolates. Some find the store and its parking lot to be small, which can feel cluttered. Overall, the Jewel team is as good as it gets per many experiences.
Thursdays are 10 percent off for those 63 and over. Nice selection and good prices with the use of coupons to can save a lot.

I am new to the rewards program and was having problems using the digital coupons. Chase was the checkout clerk. He went above & beyond to help me get the coupons which resulted in a nice discount. Great customer service and I also love the store & products. Many thanks to Chase!

It's a grocery store thru and thru. That's it. That's all. Good product all around. More than a friendly smile in every isle. Actual help if needed by employees that actually know their store. The Jewel team is as good as it gets. Per my experiences.
