Nicole has been cutting my husband's hair for 6+ years. When I found myself with a hair emergency, I booked an appointment with her. She listened closely when I described what I wanted and asked additional questions. The result was one of the best haircuts and coloring experiences I've had. Worst place ever, never going back. I’m starting my sophomore year of high school and asked for a simple trim, with long layers, and some face framing. Completely ruined my hair while doing the most basic haircut. They ended up giving me basically a bob on top with long hair on the bottom. I’m not sure how it is even humanly possible to mess up something so simple like this. Ended up spending way more money trying to fix it. Instead of going somewhere cheap just pay the extra money and go somewhere where they actually know what they’re doing.
Requested style: I asked for a trim with LONG layers, and some face framing. Instead got a bowl cut on top with long hair on the bottom (basically a jellyfish cut if you know what that is).

I've been going to this salon on and off for over three years and I have never had what I would consider super bad experience. Almost every stylist I've had has been friendly and has listened to exactly what I wanted. Most recently I was sat in Becky's chair and she was friendly and professional. It was just a simple hair cut, I was in and out in less then an hour but she made a great impression on me.I have had so many different things done by stylist in this salon and I am almost never disappointed by their work.My hair pretty much always looks great every time I leave this Salon. It's not super expensive either, I have never payed more then $150 pre tip.I love this place and almost every time I go in I am reminded why I always come back.Services: Haircut

Andrea cut and styled my hair, I was nervous I got a lot cut off, but I couldn't be happier I absolutely love my new style and it feels and looks so healthy

We took our kids here about two weeks ago. My daughter got her hair thinned. They completely butchered it. Since when does thinning hair consist of taking huge chunks out of her head? It's awful. No only that, the same lady messed up my son's buzz cuz. How do you mess up a buzz cut? Beyond belief. They refunded our money. We will never return to this location. The Davenport salon did an awesome job the time before this. No butchering.
