Jason is great to work with! Definately recommend!! He stuck with me over the course of almost 5 years as I thought I was ready for a home and then changed my mind and came back again. Every single time I had a question about anything at all he was there to give me his best and I really appreciate him for that. Down to the very end he was diligent with his work and a good friend with my best interest in mind, helping me figure things out. If I was going to do it all over again, I'd call Jason to help me through it again.

I bought a home from someone who needed a fast close -- one month. My husband and I were first time home buyers last year when that market was super crazy, low interest rates, and tons of homes selling within days if not hours. Thankfully we picked an amazing lender Jason (American Bank & Trust) in Moline, IL He was super fast with responses to all my questions, even on weekends! It's been nine months now since we bought our first place and he still helps me with whatever question I may have. That's a good lender!
