In April of 2022, I made contact with salesman Jeff Appleman at Hiland Toyota. I advised what I was looking for. Due to a shortage of parts and inventory due to the COVID fallout, I had to be put on an allocation list with a fully refundable $500 deposit. Jeff explained exactly how it worked and would keep me up to date monthly as to how things were going. Jeff did as he said he would. He contacted me monthly to let me know where I was on the allocation list. The one thing I appreciated was that Jeff did not try to push another model on me just to make the sale. After about five months, I received my first call from Jeff letting me know that they had an allocation of the model I wanted but the car did not have the exact extra's I wanted. Over the next two months, I would receive three more calls for new allocations and that I was finally #1 on the list for the model I requested. I still passed because I had already waited this long so I might as well wait until the vehicle I specifically wanted was available. In month eight, I received the call that the exact car I wanted with all of the correct upgrades was available and I was given a build date. Three weeks after the build date, the car was at the dealership. I showed up a few days later to pick it up. Jeff met me and we went through all of the necessary details along with a test drive of the vehicle in question. After the test drive, I met with the financial officer and negotiated my loan in addition to just a few optional upsells options. Tip..... the extended warranty is negotiable. Soon after I met with Jeff again and I was on my way home with my new car. All of the staff I came across while I was there were nice and accommodating. Nobody is pushy. The experience was excellent and should I ever buy a new Toyota again, I will definitely come to this dealership first. If you want a terrific non pushy experience, especially because you know exactly what you want, contact Jeff Appleman. I really believe this was a win/win for everyone involved. And just for the record, I realize this review will show being made by "Jeff A". It is purely coincidental. same first name and Last name initial but we are in fact two different people with no relation. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I went there for a tire rotation and was told I would get an oil change also. It took them about an hour and a half to complete. I was told that they changed the cabin filter. But a couple days later I noticed that they didn't replace the old oil change sticker. I wonder if they even changed the oil, luckily I didn't need the oil change.

Well, it was a great place to go. The Only Bone I have to pick is that I was told I would get a copy of the pictures and the estimate in my email and I didn't.

I went there for a tire rotation and was told I would get an oil change also. It took them about an hour and a half to complete. I was told that they changed the cabin filter. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this shop. I initially took my car to another shop that did an estimate, but didn't end up taking it there, I took it to Hiland because my insurance recommended them. Boy what a headache and A HUGE mistake... First, I get my car back and my heat wasn't working correctly, something to do with the coolant being low due to a leak from the accident, which they claim they never noticed or bothered to check since the estimate didn't mention it. While getting my oil changed the guy said hey, you have a coolant leak .. Hmmmmm Within 2 days a tire pressure sensor they changed went bad and needed replaced. The people who did the estimate did not take apart the car to see any internal damage. Hence the adjusters. But no, they just dropped the ball and accused me of lying and I have to pay a 120 inspection fee to even get it looked at and would only be reimbursed if proven accident related ... AND I HAVE AN A/C LEAK... My car was Perfect before this incident, and saying otherwise would be a LIE! Erickson Chevrolet will be fixing this shops incompetence. I will never recommend this shop to anyone... Unhappy customer.
UPDATE : 10/25/2018
Waiting to get it into new shop and took her for a drive, ALMOST WRECKED, the front right wheel that they "fixed" almost gave out on me and I almost hit the wall. I wasn't even going the speed limit, all on dash cam. 4 major issues with the car still after this shop supposedly "fixed" my car. They don't even do a final inspection, cause all of this would have been found.... Wow!

Ericksen Chevrolet called, HILAND TOYOTA SENT ME AWAY WITH AN UNSAFE VEHICLE! control arms are destroyed (which is why I was almost wrecking around turns), exact words from the tech at Ericksen, also, a/c condenser leak, major coolant leak from the plastic thermostat. 1900 plus in damages remain with my vehicle, what do you have to say about that hiland? I'm awaiting your response!

After 3.5 weeks my car is still not fixed properly. The fender does not line up, there is a very large noticeable gap where the fend and the hood meet, the bumper still has a noticeable crack, the door was rubbing and chipped the new paint and my door handle is still broken (which worked fine before I took my car there). They also some how managed to dent the rear fender on the opposite side which needed nothing fixed when they got it. I wanted to take my car to the Cadillac dealer but my wife said this was preferred from our insurance company... after this experience I will never again take any of my vehicles here!!!
