Deliberately unhelpful, refuse to use cash, will not take prepaid credit cards, any questions about how to make the printers/copiers function "I'll take care of that" (not mentioning until the end I'll cost you 7.50 at least, and 3 times the cost for each copy, instead of 20 cents). Any questions and "if I have to do anything at all, it's a lot more". Why would anyone put up with this nonsense?

I went there and the staff was very mean to me. Horrible service. Last time I thought I was the problem, but this time different person, same attitude. Be Happy about your job or get a new one people! I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I needed to print off documents from my phone and email. I went somewhere else prior to FedEx Office and wasn't given any helpful advice when I had trouble doing this, so I left. Here a very nice young lady greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and said she was available if I had any questions. I explained my problem and she knew exactly what I needed to do and at the lowest cost. I successfully printed my documents and was out the door in 5 minutes. Thank you! It's nice to have people do their job with a smile and knowledge!

Customer service was OK but the girl was unexperienced as she encourage me to send my packet ground instead what I requested, overnight. She said my package would still get there next day if mailed ground because the place I was mailing to was in Illinois. FedEx lost the packet and 4 days later still has not delivered the packet and has no idea what happened to the packet. Neither FedEx nor this location takes no responsibility and you are told "we are not FedEx, we are Gingkoes FedEx". Filed a claim but no one has responded and was told all I can do is wait but I am not told how long will it take for them to locate this very important packet. Lesson learned; never listen to unexperienced customer service reps and go with my initial request.

Although they are extremely understaffed, the Manager (Doug) does an excellent job and is very friendly and helpful. I will be using them for more printing jobs in the future!

Terrible customer service. As I walked into the store only one person was working. When it was my turn the woman working behind the counter (Laura) looked at me and then turned and walked away and then had to be directed back to the counter by the manager (Doug) to help me. I’m trying to send my laptop back to a warranty company for replacement as it is already damaged. I packed the laptop in protective wrap and then in the most protective bubble mailer that was available. Again, the laptop is going in for replacement because it is broken. After coming to help me, Laura rolls her eyes when I tell her there is a laptop in the bubbler. She then goes on to tell me that they will not be sending my package for me unless I purchase a $25 special laptop box that has foam in it. I offer to go home and put it in another box and Laura tells me that I can do that however they will be “flagging and noting” my account that I didn’t buy this fancy box and FedEx will more than likely break my screen on the way there because they are not required to handle the boxes carefully. Doug then goes on to explain to me that when we send things in bubble mailers (that are supposed to be gently handled as they are bubble mailers) that FedEx does and I quote “throw and stack 50lb and above boxes on these bubble mailers”. No solutions were offered other than pay this $25+ tax for this laptop box. As I am a college student whose laptop needs fixed as I start classes NEXT week AND I’m in college so paying $25 for a box is a little ridiculous when I already paid $1200 for this laptop and a “worry free warranty”.
