Called the store over a dozen times over 2 weeks. No one answers or returns messages. Have been trying to cancel membership but wasn't able to and was charged again. Had marks all over my car after last wash. Not good.

I usually go here to wash my dog, which I love! It's so convenient and clean, and the people are kind and professional. Cleaning the cars or dog, this is the place to go!

Complete waste of money. I got home to see that the front of my car is still splattered with bugs from the roadtrip. I'm gonna get the hose out and wash my car by hand anyway. Wish I had waited for an actual Rainstorm; it probably would've been more effective.

It's a great car wash but I prefer a touchless one. After so many washes there it shows. There are marks all over my car and regret ever going there. Cancelled my membership and went to a touchless one instead!

$10 for 15 min at the dog wash. No water pressure, soap was out I think and the water got hot fast- would be ok for a medium or small dog with a short coat. Definitely not worth it for large long coated breed

First time trying this place today, came for the doggie wash and it was closed. No closed sign, nothing on their website stating it's closed, door locked and no one will answer the phone either. Disappointed. Communication is key!!!

Only has one lane open at once (and it's card only and not user friendly). The only time it doesn't have one lane open is when they're all closed for "maintenance" and there are no attendants to assist.
