Been with them for about 9yrs. and ever since they changed to Empeople it has been horrible. I use to be able to get help anytime(that includes weekends), but now they can't help with anything and they have to refer you to a "specialist " who obviously doesn't work weekends. So now I have no access to my debit or credit cards until they call me on Monday. Please fix your help center so it goes back to what it once was. EDIT: The weekend people are still horrible, but called today Monday and got my situation resolved very quickly and very friendly. Taylor was amazing and one of the most helpful people I have talked to at the credit union. So kudos to her for all she did to make my experience easy and helpful.

Horrible card services. Transferred six times and then disconnected. Still trying to resolve fraud charges two months old. Very unprofessional.

The employees were very helpful and friendly when I had few checks from out of country to cash - it was my 1st time getting checks like that - the employees walked me thru the process and explained everything to me. They also were a lot of fun to talk to while waiting few minutes for the paperwork. I do however wish they were open even just for a few hours on Saturday- even if it was drive thru only. I work nights and their open hours are exactly my sleep hours ? - I personally have had great experience with this credit union - I have been a member for 6 years. Thank you

It’s always useful to have this branch at this location. Thanks for your service provided.

I have been with this credit union for about 13 years. I have had many loans and done most of my banking here. The service has dropped off massively in the last year. I highly suggest going elsewhere as this is no longer the "Deere Employees Credit Union" that people remember. Extremely disappointed with services and treatment by staff.

Used to have knowledgeable, competent employees but unfortunately that is no longer the case. Their go to is “I’m sorry I can’t help you with that, is there anything else I can help you with.” If it wasn’t so pathetic it would be funny.

Have been a member of Deere employee credit union for over a year and they have gone down hill, have problems with my card not working every other week and them saying they have no idea why terrible bank and credit union. (Do not recommend) Taking business elsewhere!

Their weekend call center has HORRIBLE customer service, lack of expertise, lack of professionalism, and their English was very hard to understand. My family and I are traveling and they were unable to assist me with my debit card issue after calling them for a 4th time. In other words we cannot withdraw cash from any ATM and our options are very limited while on the road in this small town that only accepts cash. We will switch to another bank first thing Monday morning!

Couldn’t ask for a better credit union! Abigail Taets is always so helpful!

Would not recommend banking with Deere credit union, they will lock your debit card if you are late on payment which results in even later payments. Been banking with them since February and has been an absolute nightmare. Please stay far away. They are not for there people.

They absolutely rob you on interest rates. My rate is supposed to be 9.2%, i have been paying 30% interest for almost 3 years and the interest has scaled down maybe 2%. I have been run around in circles by 6 different people, 2 being branch managers. I made my 105 dollar WEEKLY payment today and 52 dollars of it went to accrued interest. The “manager” i just spoke to said it all “looks right to him but he can have someone else call”. No thanks. I shut off my automatic payments and will be going to refinance with someone else as soon as tomorrow morning. DEERE EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION IS A COMPLETE SHAM!

I used to love this credit Union. We have been banking here for years. Never had a problem at all. I sold a couple cars recently. And didn’t know they no longer have car titles in house anymore. And because of that one of my titles has gone missing and I was sent my other title which was suppose to go to the dealership. It’s been 6 weeks now and I’m still trying to get a replacement title. I was told they were ordering a new one a couple weeks ago. Then today I was told they don’t do that. It’s not my responsibility to go to the dmv and pay and apply for a new title. Get it together. This has been the worst nightmare ever. Talking with to many people and not getting phone calls back.

I've been a member of this institution for a long time and it seems that everything of our personal information is being farmed out to third parties. You have to agree to this in order to do anything with your money. Even signing in to see your statements requires a company in Mississippi to call you with a sign in code. They also took away the option to use an automated phone service to manage your money. I liked it much better when they were a small credit union that focused on individuals, and their security.

Disputed fraudulent charges placed on my Deere Visa card by an unscrupulous car rental company with. 1.5 star rating on TripAdvisor that I was forced to rent from due to the severe rental car shortage in Orlando. Deere sided with the rental company rather than a thirty year credit union member in good standing! Take your business elsewhere!

I’ve been a member of this credit union for over thirty years and I disputed fraudulent charges placed on my Deere VISA by Routes Car Rental in Orlando during a recent vacation. Routes Car Rental routinely scams customers and has a 1.5 rating on TripAdvisor but I was forced to rent a car from them due to the severe car rental shortage in Florida post pandemic. Deere refused to credit the unauthorized charges and chose to side with a scam car rental firm rather than a thirty year credit union member in good standing.
