I have many experiences with the dealership. I get all of my vehicle work done here.They are quick and efficient. Both my daughter and husband got their vehicles here. Jordan Henderson was great! He was kind, helpful.and attentive. He, along with the other members of their team, made the process quick and painless both times. When it's time for me to get a new vehicle, it will be at Lou Fusz Kia. I highly recommend them!

My mother came in on August 7th, 2024 to see about re-signing her car lease. The salesmen were very enthusiastic and wanted very much to help get her into a new car. And even after they found out she has Dementia and an appointed Power of Attorney, they still wanted to help her sign for a new car. Even after they were specifically told that she would not be driving in 6 months or less because of her Dementia - they STILL wanted to help get her into a new car and sign a 3 year lease. Even when they were told flat out by the Power of Attorney “No.” - they still tried to “help” my mother sign a new lease.
Oh yes, the salesmen here are VERY helpful at getting you into a new car - no matter the circumstance or moral responsibility that goes along with it. Hey, as long as you sign on that bottom line and the salespeople get their commission check - they will be VERY helpful. Luckily the part of the brain that houses compassion, empathy, the ability to know right from wrong, and the moral compass is completely void, but I suppose that just leaves more room for their… helpfulness.
Dear Kia Salespeople: You were wrong for trying to sell a 3 year lease to a Dementia patient. I can’t even believe I’m typing out this review because what kind of person tries to take advantage of an elderly woman like that in 2024?? But here I am. Warning the rest of society that there are people at this dealership that are dangerous to us and our loved ones. Do better. Because this is simply unacceptable on every level.

Lashell Little was my salesperson and did a excellent job explaining and answering questions. Never pushy. Kurt the manager very professional. Over all a pleasant experience.

Bought. 2024 Soul GT in Feb applied for a $500.00 Military discount now July and have not received it. Called several times never able to get in. Left voice mails and E mail no response. Never buy a car at Lou Fusz again. Buy your car some place else

Jordan was my salesman and was extremely helpful as we started the process of my purchase over the phone with me states away. He did an amazing job explaining everything to me, and we got the deal done. I love my new 2024 Kia Sportage. My financial part of my purchase was handled beautifully as well. He was very friendly and made the whole buying process run smoothly. I call him Mr. White water rafter. Lol, a little joke...
This is my second New Kia I've purchased here and couldn't be more happy with my experience. Highly recommend Kia.
6/24/24 Stopped by today due to a referral to purchase a car to a friend. My salesman Jordan sent me a text that I was getting a birddog check as a thank you since my friend purchased it. What a nice gesture as I had no idea this was a thing. The check will be mailed to me in a few days.
Need a new ride to see Jordan. He's a very good salesman and tell him I sent you.

What a genuine compassionate service team here at Lou Fusz Kia! Last month while traveling across the country with my family, our 2016 Sorento broke down. The tow company could not get to us for over an hour. If you have ever been broken down on a major highway like route 80, you know just how dangerous it can be. We called the closet Kia dealership and explained the situation. Bob, the Service Manager dispatched a courtesy vehicle to pick up my family. When Tom arrived, it was like a miracle. He arrived within 10 minutes and was so calming and welcoming. We were safe. Once at the dealership, Bob assessed our situation, processed the potential warranty claim and got us connected with a rental. Tom brought me over to the rental place and waited until I was all set with a rental. I was not an inconvenience. I was a person in need. Meanwhile, Bob and his team made sure my family was made comfortable.
I can’t tell you how much it means to me to meet people like this. They are empathic, genuine and honest. Just good people. If I lived closer, they would be my dealership of choice. A huge shout out to the Bob, Tom and the entire service team. Thank you so very much!

I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation. Shawn helped me. He was very friendly, made sure everything was done that needed done before I left on a trip. I used a coupon, recieved a great price and was out of there in less then an hour. I called other dealers to get my oil changed and all of them wanted me to drop car off but you guys got me in when it was convenient for me and did not make me do the drop off.. Thank you so much.

Steve did a fantastic job for my wife and me when looking to purchase a car. He put us at ease with his easy-going nature, knowledge of cars, and working out the financial matters. He showed us cars that we were interested in and offered his expertise on each one. Ultimately we left with a great car! More importantly, we left very happy because we got the car we want at a great price and helped us get out of our lease with no issues. Thank you again for listening and helping us. We appreciate it and we will let others know how we were impressed not only with Steve, but the rest of the staff there as well!

I had a really good experience with Lou Fusz Kia of Moline. My interaction started via a phone call. The sales representative was professional and pleasant. This phone call led to follow-up via text messaging and all responses were timely, and again, very professional. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was transparent, courteous, and professional. I had a great experience and would recommend doing business with this dealership based on the interaction I had.
