ProsQuiet convenient reasonableAC unit worked welltwo refrigeratorsvery helpful and friendly desk staffreal half and half at the coffee station Ham on the buffetnice wafflesWe felt safe.Hydrangea plants outdoors were gorgeous! We did not take advantage of it but it appeared that there was a park nearby.ConsThe room that we booked smelled smoky, despite it being a non-smoking inn. The good news is that the front desk staff did not question, and quickly and efficiently found a second room which smelled fresh and clean. The surroundings could use some scrubbing and updating. Carpet and halls were stained, and there were areas of unraveling your thresholds. Chairs were worn in the breakfast area. The coffee machine was not so tasty. Healthy options are limited. Eggs tasted sort of different, like maybe from powder? Healthy options limited, they did have yogurt, some fruitRooms: CleanThe security lock was brokenSafety: Felt safe in parking lot at night

You get what you pay for. Not the fanciest or most modern. There was a smell in the hallway. They did spray. Honestly I think it's the area. Gas station just down the road was terrible. Staff was great. Bed was good. I usually don't sleep well in hotels but it was quiet enough and comfortable enough. Breakfast was OK. Omelet made for you on the spot. My vegetarian wife even has plenty of options. Overall 8/10

I will start by saying that we will not be staying here again. Now that that is out of the way, I will write about our stay.First, the good. The service was friendly at the desk, and the breakfast attendant was making fresh eggs to order with a smile on her face, however you wanted them: omelettes, sunny side up/down, scrambled, whatever, with bacon, sausage, peppers, cheese, and other add-ins as your heart desired. The breakfast was definitely the best part of the stay.PLEASE NOTE: The room doors do not fully close under their own weight. They must be pushed/pulled hard so that they latch. The room is the reason we will never stay again.*There was mold on the shower curtain.*There was mold on the Air Conditioner.*There was mold on the wall next to the desk.*The toilet chain was disconnected when we arrived, so I had to remove the top, reach into the reservoir, and reconnect it myself. Even after that, we still had issues with the chain getting caught inside, which is probably why they had detached it in the first place.*The bathtub drain was completely broken off and sitting on the edge of the tub when we arrived, as if it was in the middle of repairs.*The mirror in the bathroom was streaked and dirty.*There were crumbs and hair behind the coffee maker in the bathroom. (Yes, the coffeemaker and ice bucket were within 3 feet of the toilet. Note for management: It would probably be better out on the office desk or somewhere else away from the bathroom.)*There were hairs stuck to the hair dryer in the bathroom.*There were crumbs in the bed under the sheets. I seriously doubt they get changed between guests.*The sheets were stained with black lines on the covers.*The lampshade was bent, though I was able to fix it mostly.*The smoke detector was literally hanging down from the ceiling by the wires. I did try to fix that and was mostly successful, but wow.*The bed cover was the wrong size for the bed, using a king size on a queen bed.*The carpets in the room and the hallways were stained and spotted all over, with much of the hallway carpet in pretty bad shape, with furrows and hills all over from poor stretching.*The floor in the elevator had water damage, with the seams of the wood laminate bulging and rippling.*When we first arrived in the room, it was stiflingly hot. There was no difference in the "low" vs. "high" fan settings, so I think it was reprogrammed to not go to the high setting. It took about 8 hours for the room to get cool enough to turn the AC off.*There was a random second mini fridge, also plugged in. That would be nice, I suppose, but the handle was broken and sharp, and there was rust on the shelves, and it was dirty.*Overall, most things in the room were dusty: the phone, the TV, behind the coffee maker, the shelf in the closet, etcetera. It wasn't super gross to the point where we didn't want to touch anything, but we also didn't want to go barefoot, and we would not want to stay here again. At nearly $100 for the night, it was not worth it.

I can say my room was clean but there are no stoppers for the sink or shower. There.was a hole in the bathroom door that looked like someone had take. Plastic fro. A menstrual pad and taped over it. The carpets are worn need to be cleaned. Curtains need replaced the have pinhole sim the blackout curtains. Then pool had green and black dirt on the inside of the pool above the water line. It smelled like there are no chemicals. This is something that can be easily cleaned off wit a rag or brush. If there was a little bit of time invested in cleaning common areas fixing the Small things our stay would have been better. I do think if they are serving breakfast even on weekends there should be two staff employees at the desk, instead of only having the one person who is preparing the food and running back and forth. Please bring the pool up to standards and clean it

The hotel is out of the way of everything. It is basically in a ghetto area (low income, drugs, unkept). I didn't feel safe at all.The room was dirty and an odor throughout the hotel. As for the bathroom, you have to hug the toilet to be able to close the door if you can. Very tiny!My husband went to the pool to relax and found it dirty. He usually splashes water in his face. As he got the water closer to his face he wanted to puke.... the stench was that bad. It was bad enough we threw out his swim trunks. We left early since it was so bad. Yuck! DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!!!If there was a negative number to give I would give a -5

This place was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and I left early. The room was disgusting. A dead bug, not even sure what was in the toilet paper holder, the top of the bed had small dots of stains and a tiny brown bug, the curtain hanging off the rod, the shower almost caused bruising in my skin the pressure was so hard. I am glad I always travel with a sleep bag, I never even turned down the bed, slept on top. The next morning found a new hotel. Lesson learned about trying to save money on hotel stays.

Was very disappointed when arriving to this location after driving 9-10 hrs. Pictures look decent online, but is not what you get at all. Hallways smelled disgusting and musty. The walls are falling apart. Shower in the room I was in curtain rod was coming out of the wall, shower head coming off the wall. Stains all over the carpets. Toilet seat was broken. This place is really run down and not worth the money they charge a night.

The one redeeming part about our stay was the breakfast. Our room wasn't in good shape, the cleaning crew missed a crack pipe the previous occupant left behind. Staff was good to us. I know comfort inn isn't at the top of any lists, but this was pretty rough.

We had booked this hotel for an out of town tournament upon arrival 5 families had refused to stay after walking into their rooms. There were stains on the sheets, the mattress the walls looked like something had been spilled all over them, there were no locks on the windows except a piece of metal stuck in the window track. The shower rod was hanging off the wall and the toilet wasn't cleaned and didn't work. We did a walk through with the front desk manager and he agreed and offered to refund our money if we called back the next day. Upon that call his brother refused to refund us. I will be contacting and reporting to corporate and WOULd never recommend this facility to anyone.
