Worst ever!!! Account rep "Jim" was rude.. not only to me but to another Chase employee in their Estate Dept.. to the point she advised me to go to a different branch because he refused to help. She couldn't believe a Chase employee would be so rude and not helpful. Caused me a 100 mile ride and took up the rest of my day. Thank God the Peoria branch is full of wonderful people!!

Why is the ATM never accepting Cash? It’s the one Chase ATM in a 30 mile radius and yet never does the one thing that ATMs are made to do accept cash deposits, i’ve driven over there three separate times after work because I would go when they’re open but I work till 5 and each time it doesn’t accept cash?
