When the other counters were closed at the airport, Thomas quickly offered to help me and get me into a rental asap. The vehicle was spotless and the transaction was seemless. They close up shop at 10:30PM and our flight arrived late at midnight, we called ahead to see if they would stay late and they told us that it wouldn't be a problem. “Flight arrived at 12:30 am. Rental car was closed which was expected. Walked over from hotel at 7:45 am since the app shows you open at 8 am. Was told they don’t open until 9 am. However , within 5 minutes the black female helped me out. Great experience with her. Please change the app to 9 am though to avoid further confusion for others.”
