Yousuf (Moline store) was awesome. He made buying an upgrade very simple and offered phone tips (e.g. charging) which I'd never known. I don't have to go into the store often, but there is always a customer in there changing to Boost because they are dissatisfied with their current provider!

Brandon went above and beyond to take care of some issues I recently had at a local store, and Yousef was absolutely wonderful! It's feels good to know that businesses do still care! Literally made my weekend!!!!!

Came into the Moline CityLine store (9/1/23) with problems and left with solutions!!! Thanks to the help of Ana, she’s the real MVP! Got me all the way together…new phone, new service, she even threw in a new case and screen protector in my bundle for switching to Boost! Service is great, and I’m satisfied customer! Shot out to Ana the MVP (even tho I didn’t get my Boost t-shirt lol)

I know for fact that the service isn't bad, or lacking every time it's open, but it always figures that whenever I need to call the "not so good guy" is on duty, and because of him I never got all my questions answered, and I've even been put off by him. Very rude if you ask me. He shouldn't be working there period!! I wish I knew his name or else I'd call the company and tell them my opinion on him working there.
